“I’m a full time traveler. I was at my last stop in the USA before starting a solo ride to Ushuaia. Found I had a broken spoke on a wheel that they made the special spokes for. Note: these wheels have over 40,000 miles on them and have never even gone out of true. Probably hit a rock or something weird. I called them mid-day and they had the replacement in my hand less than 24 hours later. They not only build fantastic wheels, but their after purchase support is unbelievably good!!”

“Stolen Car RepairedI had the unfortunate experience of having my car stolen in July, and amidst the stress and frustration, I reached out to several body shops for assistance. To my surprise, this particular body shop stood out as the only one willing to take in my car, despite my calls to 6-8 other shops. Right from the start, they set the expectation of an uncertain timeline about the repair, especially considering the common theft of my make and model.Initially, they maintained decent communication with weekly automated text messages that kept me informed of their expected timeline.However, there were two points of my experience that were not so great. First, when they encountered difficulty sourcing a part for the ignition, communication from their end dwindled, and I found myself having to initiate conversations. Secondly, following their acquisition by a larger company, there was a new payment policy—be prepared to write a check or use a debit card to avoid a 2% credit card fee.Despite these hiccups, the team demonstrated their expertise during the repair process. The final result was exceptional; the car was meticulously put back together, with paint that flawlessly matched the original and repairs that restored it to its pre-stolen condition. The added touch of detailing left my car looking nothing short of brand new upon its return.Todd, a key contact throughout, was consistently friendly and helpful. While communication lapses occurred, when I could reach Todd, he provided all the necessary details to navigate the process. It is the busiest Discount Tire I have been in with exceptional service. TJ was the Assistant Manager, and was so nice to show me my tires were aligned with the exception of one. I purchased my tires at the Hampden and I-25 location. Very polite, and how they treat all people is exceptional. TJ taught me how much they CARE there. “Gotta say I was very doubtful and didn’t think I was going to get help right away, but after a shop I couldn’t get to spoke to me, they reach out to this wonderful gentleman by the name of noodles. He asked me the details and came immediately to assist, even went to go and get the tire that I needed, was costly, but you can put a price on great and efficient work. He came out with all the required tools and machinery to get the job done quick and professionally. I nicked my run and he even made sure that the tire was holding air. When I say I wish there was more to say and give ( I did give a gracious gratuity) to show my appreciation, I could go on n on. If there’s anyone that could help you, it’s this gentleman. “Bought tires here a few years ago and have been back to the same location on Havana a few times. Once because they reminded me it was time to rotate tires, once to have them check the pressure (didn't even get out of the car), and most recently I found a big screw in my tire. With the screw I called to make an appointment, but Dave said they take walk-in's. Arrived, got checked in was told the repair would be free but I could expect a 90 min wait. No big deal for a free repair! About 25 mins later a smiling young man Ishmael(?) was already finished. He made the repair and aired up all my tires! Anyone can sell you tires, it's service that makes the difference. I will be buying my next set here for sure.”
