Chris was easy to work with and I am so happy to use the Alloy Wheel Repair service.
If you want to get your wheels done right, this is the place!!!. Everything was done on time and I was contacted right away.
Either you have AMG, Porsche or whatever wheels, don’t bring them to someone random that can do it just cheaper! Hard lesson learned! We always pay in life one way or the other.
So that’s why I stopped here after reading numerous reviews and was amazed about quality and quick service.
These guys are professionals and I will be back again!

“When one has something with a funny shared tire that needs help places that specialize in automobile tires have super expensive tools that anybody can learn to use. Am odd shaped tire like my electric scooter tire is hard to find someone who can do it and get it done not make you wait a few days and have to make two trips.
This shop this is what they do, they change tires. Although it wasn't cheap it wasn't expensive. I felt like a paid am honest man an honest dollar for the work. It was done quickly and well.
If you don't know what you're doing and do this poorly you can slice you hand open trying to get the tire on the rim and you can damage the tire, tube or rim. Well worth a little below a mechanics usual hourly wage on price for the work.”
“Stopped by because I got a nail stuck in my tire while driving up to the mountains. The guys working were incredible - they got the two nails out and fixed my car up for a reasonable price. They even checked the pressure on the rest of my tires to make sure that I wasn’t low anywhere else.

“Tl;dr: the kind gentleman that helped me today is basically a lifesaver
I’m having a week from hell and as I headed to a haircut I desperately needed, my tire had gone flat and was absolutely wrecked. So on top of having to pay $250 cancellation fee for the hair appt I couldn’t get to, I then had to get towed and buy a new tire(s) and all that. I’m just completely over everything at this point. The rage is coming out as tears. But the super nice employee (manager?), the receipt says Gerardo so I’m hoping that’s who it was, at this Discount Tire tried his best to cheer me up and when he noticed that wasn’t going to work, he somehow turned into a superhero and just idk took care of things and made sure it was done correct and super fast and without any of the extra conversations. I’m tearing up now just thinking about how kind he was, and I wish I had stayed to thank him but I just needed to get home at the time. Which he must have somehow known because he said “we’re getting it done now so you can go home and rest.” Sir, I’m so sorry I didn’t thank you in person but I hope this somehow reaches you so I can say thank you so much for saving my day/week/life.”

The only problem I had was that I asked to have the air pressure set to what it said on the door jamb and the kid failed. He set both front and rear to the same pressure even though the sticker on the door jamb says the rear is much higher pressure than the front being a heavy Truck.”

“This place was great and then at the end I came back and was dealing with a misogynistic man who suggested that I was going crazy after I felt my car being different when it got serviced. Unfortunately that's the reality of being a young women. I've been multiple times for tires and kept going back until the bad experience.”

“After far too long putting off a flat tire , I finally booked an appointment to get my tire looked at. From the start everyone was super friendly which helped my fear dissipate. I quickly learned that I had been driving on a full blown safety hazard and my fear of cost creeped back in. I have been going through a really difficult time and the fear of buying new tires was forever present. While I did need to replace the tire, I had a great deal with Al who was supportive, caring, and educational. “Pulled into the lot for my appointment and was greeted right away by Ethan right there in the parking lot. He was very friendly and great to talk to! He was very thorough with his inspection and went over everything with great detail, letting me know what needs to be replaced and why without being overly pushy trying to get an upsell. I was in and out in less than an hour. Best customer experience I’ve had at any Discount Tire thanks to Ethan and will be returning to this location again!”
