I would like to say I have been a customer since 2019., there have been times when service was interrupted and the in store service reps have handled themselves so well...UNTIL TODAY! I found that the curly haired lady at the counter snapping angrily at customers because our service was out and we showed up to ask questions. Instead of handling it diplomatically, she bit everyones head off like it was our fault this happened and we were a terribly inconvenience to her other wise sitting on tiktok day. My point it as soon as I Have never treated a customer so horrible after receiving bad service. I would love to change companies rather than being treated rudely for a problem occurring through the service she represents. I go to Grant for my customer service need and now I'm glad I do even though I live here. I'll never go back in that store. I'm upgrading my sons service and phone and will buy from the Grant location from now on.

I lost my phone and we hadn't been happy with the coverage we were getting from the other provide so figured it was time to switch. Friends recommend we switch to viaero and recommended Holyoke. They said the employees were fast, knowledgeable, and helpful. We went in Saturday morning and Bianca and Misty were there. They didn't disappoint. Amazing service these girls gave us. I was frazzled thinking this was going to be a nightmare, they made it real easy Bianca followed up with me on Monday to make sure everything was working! So far we have better coverage

They sell your plans with the bills never lineups what the plan was they sold you the actual store was okay in the employee's real cases dealing with the corporation they just lied and nothing was what they promised
