Hotchkiss Short Stop is a great little stop with excellent and authentic Mexican food. Customers love the amazing tacos, awesome burritos, and breakfast sandwiches. The food is fresh and they have a variety of fresh salsa. The employees are wonderful. The place is always clean and has a relatively clean bathroom. They have good prices, ethanol-free gasoline, and support non-profits. It is a good place to take a breather and is worth the stop.

stopped for a coffee and grabbed a breakfast croissant sandwich that was stuffed with fresh eggs for only $5. relatively clean bathroom and they also have ethanol free gasoline.
