Parmer's Automotive Services is an honest, family-run business and a highly recommended mechanic. They are considered the best in the county, capable of fixing everything from lawnmowers to school buses. The experience is always good, with friendly, helpful, and amazingly kind people who are never patronizing. They provide honest assessments and fair pricing, even refunding money when appropriate. While their prices may not be the most competitive, they are trusted to do the job correctly without unnecessary parts or labor. Customers find them a delight to work with and continue to bring all their vehicles there for years.
Parmer’s automotive in Hugo is the best place you could possible stop for your vehicle. Amazing staff!! Having a strut rod failure on a long haul road trip Parmer’s treated us like family got us back on the road when it looked like we would have to turn back. The best people you’ll meet.

Passing through from Oklahoma a few years ago, I broke down close to here. Found that I had a loose drain plug, and these kind people let me borrow the tools to get me back on the road again.

They were great! I broke down 2 hours away from home, and they were able to diagnose the problem. I wasn't able to drive home in my vehicle, but they made sure I was able to make it home safely. He was very honest and helped me to find a shop closer to home to take my pickup to, but they were so helpful and kind!
