I wouldn't even give a 1-star if it wasn't required.... This company is the ABSOLUTE worse company to deal with. They failed to keep our account in the loop as to checking monthly for the gas level in our tank. Being that they did not do their job, our tank ran out of gas on Thanksgiving night..... we called first thing Friday morning and never received a call back from anyone. The girls in the office gave the run around about the driver and complained that it was hard to find help. NOT MY PROBLEM! We were told that the driver was to be called and as soon as they know when he is on the way, they will call back. Glad I didn't hold my breath, I'd be dead. They never called back, we did. We were told that he was there filling his truck and he'd be on the way. Never showed. We called AGAIN, we were told the driver went on his "normal" route but to expect him sometime on Friday. NEVER SHOWED. We called back three more times only to be told that the driver was sure to come.... HE NEVER DID COME!!!! We went from the evening of Thursday November 25 to well it's Monday and we still don't have any gas.... They are a joke. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they do not care that their customers are without gas and don't plan to make things right AT ALL.

We had been customers for 20 years until today. Terrible, terrible customer service over the last several years. This company appears to be completely dysfunctional when it comes to providing anything near reliable service. Daily calls for the last two weeks as we watched our tank percentage drop to 8% today. Nothing but excuses, smoke and mirrors. They just don't care. One call to Arrowhead Propane this morning and they will be out tomorrow morning to install and fill the tank. We tried to be loyal customers but it has to go both ways.

They were awesome when we first signed up. What changed?They've now let us run out of gas TWICE, even though we're on the "auto-refill" program. I just happened to check the tank over the weekend and it was under 5%. I called and left a message on Saturday. When I didn't hear back on Monday morning, I called them and was told I was on the schedule. I asked if they'd be out that yet that Monday and was today "Probably, otherwise first thing Tuesday." Nothing Monday, so I called again Tuesday and was told "he should be out today". Nothing. Wednesday.. nothing. Thursday I called again and was told the truck broke down and nobody was available. So.... here we sit with no gas.I hope they make it right and I can update this review.

Oh Bob, what can I say. You let us run out of propane…twice! The worst part was stringing us along for a week, saying someone would show up, but nobody ever did. I’ve never been so glad we own our own tank, and were easily able to switch companies. Good riddance!

Customer service is at a 50% and the rest is a 0%. The estimated deliveries are always at "3 weeks or less," and come closer to 6 weeks or more! We have run out of propane several times and that is after they have PREPAYMENT, so they take their merry time getting to anyone outside of their 'preferred zone,' which is Ignacio. I'm switching to Ferrellgas! DO NOT BOTHER GOING WITH BOB'S LP

Used to be a good business, but has deteriorated in the last few years. Rude and out of control office personnel, horrible customer service and they will let you run out of propane unless you pay $100 extra. Used to be able to call and have propane delivered when you needed it, now they bring you propane every 4 to 6 weeks and will let you run out unless you pay an extra hundred dollars for a delivery. Do not recommend this business. Would be -2 stars if I could do that.

Customer service is very poor. Lack of care, very scrappy on delivery services. Have no business being in the service industry. Even if you have to spend a little more $$$ I highly recommend another propane company!!! We have been out of propane and paid for propane almost 2 weeks ago....still waiting to have propane delivered!!!???

Would call them at 25% and Bobs has let us run out of fuel on at least three occasions. Then charged us additional $100 to come out. We have young children and have left us without heat for days. Had to buy kerosene heaters to keep pipes from freezing. Again have tried to get them out for the last four weeks, done with them. Had been good service until couple years ago, now poorly run business.
