I walked into the ATT Store in Johnstown to start a new phone line (business) and ask some questions about the 5E service in Johnstown and Loveland (I get 4LTE mostly and when I do get 5E the phone locks up). Both of the salespeople were busy. Neither of them acknowledged I was there. Another customer came in - still no acknowledgment. When a third couple came in (again no acknowledgment) and more than 20 minutes - I and the second customer waiting left. All it took was some courtesy and acknowledgment and I would probably still be there. I went to the Verizon store across the street, and guess what I was acknowledged and told how long I would have to wait. You just lost 4 lines of service. I will be cancelling my ATT internet also and go with TDR on Monday. Whoever the manager is needs to train his people or quit.

On a joint account. Recently switched to att at this store. Have issues of calls hanging up instantly phone drops from 5g within 10mins of use and other minor problems. Walked in to this shop now 3 times the past month only to be told everything is fine. Went to another store and told them same problems. They actually found quite a few errors from billing down to settings. Was told 5:dollars a phone being charged 23. Was told 150 bill is actually 240. And has issues. If i were you I'd avoid this shop and find the one in the mall across the street. This store is only in it for their commission and not your needs

This has happened each time I've added a line. The rep will add insurance to your phone even when you explicitly say you don't want it. They will bill you for it if you don't catch it on your bill.

As we know it’s not always fun going into phone company’s but a girl named Vanessa helped me out when I visited the store and I just want to start by saying she was so professional and so kind! I wish there were more associates like her and she deserves to be acknowledged by her company! Thank you for all your help Vanessa!

Recently my wife and step daughter and i went to the AT&T Store in Johnstown to add them to my account and purchase 2 new phones. It was done very professionally , efficiently and although we had many questions, we experienced great customer service. Thank you!!

If there was ever a time that I needed a new phone it was today at 7:50 pm and this store closes @ 8, Vanessa you are a life saver and thank you so much! She got me in with 10 minutes to spare and even with their limited stock of phones found one that I know I will love. I would give that girl a raise and keep her on the payroll. Extremely knowledgeable on all the new devices and I hit recommend this location and the staff! Extremely happy customer!
