Arela makes this facility 5 out of 5 stars! She keeps the facility clean and well kept. When packages are delivered she makes sure they are received and safely delivered to my unit! Could not ask for a better storage facility to use in NoCo. Thanks!

Arela is a credit to the staff of Extra Space Storage. She has The Johnstown Store under control.
Great to interface with. Because of Arela I now have a 2nd storage unit at this location.

Arella (I've probably spelled her name wrong) made the process of getting a storage space as easy as possible. Very friendly and very aware of everything going on at or around the facility. She was super knowledgeable, too, about renting to someone such as myself, with certain business needs, and what unit and location of the uit that would serve me best.

Price almost doubled after a few months. Will be moving our stuff out ASAP! Poor business model for a storage facility. We would have left our stuff here for years. I understand a small increase every 6 months or a year due to inflation. Maybe they don’t really care about long term customers or repeat customers and mainly only focus on customers who stay a few months only.
