I am a new customer to this storage facility, and have had nothing but wonderful experiences!!! Arela is the best!! She went out of her way to solve a small billing issue on my end!! What an amazing person! I will definitely be staying at the storage facility as long as I am in this area for all my needs!!! I highly highly recommend looking no further for a storage facility. Wonderful location as well off of I-25!! Thank you guys so much at extra space storage and happy New Year!

The facility is always very clean and safe. I recently had a billing issue but the property manager, Arela was able to fix it immediately. Great place to store your stuff inside with security and safety!

I have been renting space at BlueMtn/Extra Space Storage for many years now. We haven’t been since the change of management. I went in this afternoon and encountered some issues. The manager on duty, Kasey, went above and beyond to help us out. She was extremely polite and knowledgeable. It turned into a pain free visit.

At Extra Space Storage in Johnstown the staff is always helpful and friendly! Yesterday though Arela went above and beyond to make sure our needs for future storage would be met! She showed us exactly what was going to be available when we are ready to downsize our storage. She went over how easy it would be to make the move, showing us spaces that were very close to where our storage is currently. Thank you Arela!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the storage rooms were clean. I appreciated the variety of equipment they had and the opportunity to use docks or parking to load and unload my furniture. I would definitely use them again. I especially appreciated the quick and friendly checkout - thank you so much for your help in the last hour of the last day of the month!

I rented a unit from here for a few months and is was a very pleasant experience! I “moved out” of my storage unit today and Arelia helped me. She was a joy to talk to and very bright and cheery :) The entire facility is clean and I love the keyless entry aspect. There’s also a lot of carts available to move stuff in and out. The price is very reasonable too when I was renting one! I recommend this storage unit place and I appreciate how pleasant it all was!

I have to say this storage unit is pretty amazing. The property manager, Arelia, was so helpful and pleasant to deal with. The property is very clean. I felt the security was great as it is all digital. Be sure your phone is charged up if you’re going to the unit. That’s how you access your unit. We had access to carts to help move in. All in all I give this property a 5+ and totally will recommend to friends. And family.
