Best Liquor store around no bums hanging out, clean well lit easy to maneuver and always has everything including little make it yourself drink kits. I drive past 5 other stores just to go here.

I went in for a tasting of the Spotted Bear Spirits line Coral Bay now sells. They are delicious and the bottles are beautiful. Definitely get a bottle of coffee liqueur it's amazing!

Tall, lengthy, white boy with glasses has the worst customer service ever. Was so rude to me and my friend in the drive-through because my friend didn’t have his ID. My friend is over 21 but left his wallet so I go to ask The Guy if I can go inside to purchase products He responds “hello no” . What type of customer service is that? I’ll never go to this place ever again.

I love this place. I have ordered from them from doordash/uber eats and they are always so punctual and the drivers/customer service team are SO NICE. this is by far my favorite place to order from in the loveland area! I have never been disappointed and if they’re oos on something they call and try to figure something out. Ty for all you do!!🫶🏼

Went through the drive thru about 15 mins ago. 1st off I’m sitting in the passenger not saying a word but minding my business on my phone I don’t even drink. My husband drives up talks to the so unfriendly lady at the drive thru (wearing glasses blonde hair) (super rude) he asks for his drink she proceeds to say ok I need both 🪪 ID’s !! Caught us off guard cause I didn’t even ask for liquor, touch the money or say a word. She says it’s a new law cause he might be buying liquor for minors!! Like what!!! What law is this!!! Questioning me when I didnt order anything! Of course I showed her my ID to prove our selves! And she just gives a smirk at us! That was un called for! I didn’t order liquor so y question me and profile us!!! Smh!!! Making up your own laws! Not okay!

I just bought a $65 bottle of scotch from this place. I was walking out the door and the bottle fell out of the box. I did not open it. It just fell out of the box and shattered on the concrete. They said if it would’ve happened in store, then they could refund me, but since I took one step out, the best they can do is offer me 15% off a new one. This place is ridiculous. The worst is that I come in here a lot. I am never coming here ever again. They even Let me clean up the glass before telling me they wouldn’t replace it

I have been stopping by Coral Bay for some time now. I have always been greeted with friendly employees. One I would like to bring to your attention is Bryan. I have had my interactions with Bryan. I really enjoy our conversations. Since he has always taken such great care, I was concerned when I kept missing him. It turned out his schedule had changed. Once I finally got that information I was planning on changing when I would stop by so I could get the service I enjoyed. I don’t really live too close to this store and drive by several on my way to this one. Please note I have become a loyal customer. I rate this store and employee team number 1.
