Maritza met us up front as we entered and it was an amazing experience from the start. She was so knowledgeable, no high pressure sale, thorough and made this a great experience. “Like most retailers during this period of uncertainty it is very difficult to hire personnel who are not afraid to actually work. My local store is experiencing a trying time in an effort to hire the personnel needed. That would be the only negative I can offer, otherwise this store is run in a very capable fashion.”
“I know a lot of reviews on here are for Verizon the service but strictly speaking the customer service I received at this store was great. I needed to make multiple visits cause I'm a complicated person, but both Brad and Alex (I really hope their name was Alex I'm terrible with names) were fantastic we had to call several other Verizon entities and everyone was super patient with me and helped me quickly and efficiently. I am a new Verizon customer after having been with att for over a decade and both of them were a nice welcoming breath of fresh air! Thanks again!”
