I love these new stools. The color is neutral so it hues so well with my kitchen. Quality is great and has a coastal vibe which is what I was looking for.

Waited till I had the couch for more than a year to leave a review. The comfort and appeal of the couch is great. The throw pillows are horrid and you will need down proof liners as they leak feathers more than any down pillow I've seen. The cushions on the couch are meh. They are comfortable but they don't keep shape. I rotate them a couple times a week and it doesn't seem to matter. The employee who helped us build it was kind but not thorough and I ended up with a couch that was built outside of the specs I thought I was getting. Do not sign for your couch if it's not correct, they will tell you they will make it right and fix anything necessary but it's just a ruse to get you to sign. Over all I was much happier with the employees and furniture I bought from room and board.

Disappointed. Quality of product is very good. Design help became disappointing. A communication misunderstanding led to me switching designers. Just left a confusing communication experience. Then the $299 “delivery fee” had to be charged multiple times. The district mgr said it was unavoidable and explained it’s to get product to the store, so essentially a “shipping and handling” fee. I think that’s really then just the price of the product at most stores and most customers think “delivery” means bringing it to the home, so $299 would be unreasonable for a 2 mile trip to my house. It all just left me unwilling to continue with Ethan Allen after the order I have on file. I was thinking of looking at a rug, side table, and blinds but will purchase those elsewhere.

I wasn't able to get the fabrics that I wanted for the upholstered bed I ordered, but overall felt I was getting excellent products and service.

We first met Stanna when purchasing a single item off the clearance floor. She gave us time & attention as if we were making a huge purchase. Since then, we have gone back several times, making various size purchases with her help & she continues to give us time, attention & guidance. We purchased a condo in Nashville, TN & needed everything from furniture to bedding. I told her I wanted a green velvet couch, an art deco vibe & we gave her the floor plan & she went to work. She puts together a whole inspiration table (one example pictured) to help us understand the design & it is incredibly helpful. She made my vision come to life in a way I couldn’t have done on my own and we’re so grateful to have found her. We’re currently working with her on some updates in our home & I can’t wait for the finished product. I know it will be amazing!

We have always enjoyed the beauty and quality of the Ethan Allen furniture that our parents chose. Now when it is our turn to purchase new furniture we see the same beauty and quality. Stanna Thourot has been very friendly and helpful in guiding us in our purchase. She came to our home and got a feel for the things we like, and then at our next appointment she had a complete plan with colors and designs that were fresh and appealing to us...things we had not thought of. We really appreciate the time Stanna took to help us choose just the right furniture.

We've been Ethan Allen customers for years and have always appreciated the design, quality, construction and numerous fabrics and finishes that EA offers. We recently purchased furniture for a new home and had the pleasure of working with Stanna Thourot for our overall design and selections. Stanna was amazing to work with through the entire process. She created a full floor plan of our new house and provided some initial recommendations for pieces that would fit in the various rooms and spaces. After exploring the showroom and identifying fabrics, textures, and styles that we liked, Stanna was able to recommend multiple options for each piece of furniture we planned on purchasing. She provided 3D renderings of the final design. She kept us informed throughout the shipping process. Finally she joined us at the house when the furniture arrived to make sure that everything was properly arranged and that we were completely happy with the end results. Thank you so much Stanna! We absolutely love our new home.

I, along with my husband, chose to use Ethan Allen for our next project. The first person we met upon entering the store was Kelly Lathrop. She was smiling and very inviting and after discussing our project she allowed us to look around the store on our own and then come to her with questions. We found the couch shape (Hyde) we loved and the Harris Chair. When she came to the house to measure and get ideas, as you can see how she made our home look like it is straight out of Southern Living. Kelly did a magnificent job and I would like to thank her for her beautiful insight into our project.

We worked with Kelly Lathrop and she was awesome. We went in with vague ideas of the redecorating project we had in mind. Kelly met with us and LISTENED and then was able to point us in the right direction to pull together a design plan and specific pieces and fabrics that we as a team chose to give us exactly what we imagined. Kelly shepherded us through the shipping process, staying on top of delivery details then showed up for the delivery and helped us pull everything together. The result was a living space we love.
