Charged me $120 to not do what I asked. I had a problem with a headlight. I changed the bulb. I checked the fuses. I asked your techs to troubleshoot the wiring. After about an hour they said they had to replace the bulb before they would do any other troubleshooting, and they wanted $700 for the light bulb!!! I refused to pay that much for a light bulb that I know the OEM part is less than$150. Your techs refused to troubleshoot my wiring, and charged me $120 to get my car back with no work being done.

I will never come back. Came in for a tire repair at 7:40am. Guy at the desk was actually rude to me. I watched the technician stop working on my car, at 8:20am to take a break, when I had literally watched them come in at 8:00am. This should be a 5 minute job, but somehow it took them half an hour after my car was in the air. And it turned out they couldn’t repair it because the hole was too close to the sidewalk. So it took them 30 minutes to inspect ONE TIRE. Probably because they spent more time inspecting the rest of the car looking for upsells than actually working on the tire.
