Doug and his team at Firestone in Johnstown are awesome. I needed an oil change and I was on a time crunch and Doug the store manager stopped what he was doing and did my oil change himself and had me back on the road in no time. Service was excellent!
I suffered a blowout this morning and had to call a tow truck, I had them bring it to the store to get new tires, and I am glad I chose them.
They were friendly and fast, overall a pleasant experience to soothe a bad situation.

We have been having our two vehicles serviced at the Firestone Johnstown location for over four years now. Doug, the Manager, is terrific. Chelsea is also a wonderful communicator. We are always able to get scheduled when it is convenient for us. We are always totally informed UP FRONT about any issues that may be needed in addition to the service we have scheduled. Chelsea at the front counter is very good at her job and knows what she’s talking about when it comes to tires and speaking with the techs. She really does know how to treat customers too. Always been treated great when I come to this Firestone!
