Worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with! I moved out months before getting a call. There is no one at the mead location, only a kiosk. No way to sign out of the unit when you move out. I completely cleaned my unit better than it was when I moved in, and now they are trying to charge me for 3 months of storage and I haven’t accessed it in months. Will not recommend or have anything good to say about this location. Horrible experience!

The security lady at the front was extremely rude and mean to me. She was on Facebook the entire time and didn’t bother to try to help me figure the situation out or let me just leave the food I was delivering at the gate but shoed me away until I had someone call to let me through. Then when I came back through she didn’t let me off of the property, I felt stuck and uncomfortable, she said some more mean things to me before she let me go. All I was trying to do was deliver food to someone who worked there.

It is a pretty good size location, nice gate, easy to come and go from. Prices are about average. The only issue we had was there is a super rough railroad track on the only road into to the place and we had trouble going slow enough over it when we were moving heavy tippy stuff.

Great experience renting from Frontier. The manager is always very helpful and friendly in answering questions and reminding us what our entrance code is. I would not hesitate to rent storage here. Nice feature that you can rent storage after hours it came in handy when we moved to Johnstown and needed more than one storage unit.
