What a wonderful Birthday after a year of moving back to the area I woke up today with a message stating that my meds were ready for the first time in 1 although I'm pretty pretty sick still I was fairly upset with Robert yesterday I apologize for that but I tried to explain to good day on three or four different occasions that I wasn't getting the messages that I needed for my sync meds because it is a good program and they introduced it to me and I got used to it with as many meds as I take every month it's a nice program but when I moved away and then came back. I haven't been able to get my regular meds regularly so I was pretty upset with him but he had the most respect though I could hear it in his voice he was getting mad repeatingly asking me not to yell at him I wasn't trying to yell but the more I explain to him repeatedly what was going on I don't think he was understanding cuz all I could hear was the tone of my voice but he did a wonderful job And that goes to show that he has the skills that it takes to do the job that he does So five star goes out to you Robert and once again I'm very very very apologetic for my actions yesterday. 👏

The service at this pharmacy is going rqpidly downhill. The ammount of attitude that you receive from them if something is amiss on the insurance is astounding. We have been told by the people that work there the date of birth was wrong on the insurance side... When we ask them to just verify our information, we received such an attitude that they could have been wrong. Turns out that they had put in our group number wrong from the insurance card and things were not going through. I had to call the insurance company twice to get this corrected. Once for my wife and once for my son. Then when having the issue corrected (within the hour) we go back and the ammount of general screw you that my wife received was amazing. Yes the medication was under $100 and we could have easily paid it flat out without insurance, but when the cost with insurance is 2 dimes, and why should we haver to spend more than we really have to these days is amazing. Also to be asked if this was a Medicare issue was kinda insulting as well. To be clear, I have moved my pharmacy from here to the Hospital of the Rockies already, and they family is looking at doing the same with the interactions we are having here. What happend to customer service. What happend to it could have been a simple mistake that everyone makes. Frustraiting.

We use Good Day Pharmacy for all our prescriptions and health needs! The Johnstown staff is friendly and attentive. Always greeting you with a smile. Sierra and Bianca are 2 of the best. Highly recommended.

Apparently this place doesn’t have a phone. I went to pick up a prescription yesterday and was told it needed to be ordered and would be here today. I go to pick it up and am now being told it cannot be ordered there. First and last time I try and use them

This is my first time getting an rx with them, I absolutely love how kind everyone is there. I want to shout out Whitney, she went above and beyond to get my prescription and had a big smile on her face the whole time. Thank you Whitney for going above and beyond. I will recommend this pharmacy to everyone I know.
