“I gave woods a four-star review however we were in the store the other day and we always get the cinnamon rolls they are delicious but since opening they quit putting the glaze on top of the cinnamon rolls so some of the girls would give us a little bit to take home so we could put it on the top yesterday the manager said no we can't do that she was very rude and said that we're not supposed to do that even though there was no glaze on the cinnamon rolls as they were in the very beginning. So she went back filled a container with the glaze sent a coworker out to give it to us we get to the check stone and realize she's charging us $4.99 for the glaze when the cinnamon rolls you get four of them for $5 it doesn't seem very practical and not very customer friendly and she said it was just powdered sugar and water why is powdered sugar and water caused almost as much as a cinnamon rolls minus a penny. I don't think I will continue to buy bakery items at this store due to the lack of customer support relations by your bakery manager. it will be sad because we love everything and we had a basket full of all kinds of bakery items and she's still talked down to us and was wanting to charge us $4.99 needless to say we did not take her up on the offer We will make our own at home

“Such a unique selection of products. And you can go back in the same week and not find the same thing. Prices are amazing, staff is very friendly. It's become my new go-to grocery.”
“I visited here on a trip to Denver. This place has the best chorizo I have ever had. The staff is friendly, and the portions are generous.
I will always come eat here when I am in town.”
“I'm happy to have a Latino market in Platteville for those days you need ingredients for Birria or any Mexican or Puerto Rican recipe. They are always very gracious and provide great customer service.”
“such a fun family trip with lots to do!! hay rides, pumpkins, harvesting, fresh fruits + veggies, corn maze, mini hay maze and lots of fun children's activities! the farm is one of our fall favorite and the Miller family is the best!!”
“I want to extend a special thank you to the older lady working Sunday night 2-18.
My car broke down (the starter, starteth not!), and I ended up having to sit there first to wait for a tow, then be told they couldn't get there till tomorrow. I live up by Fort Collins, and had to arrange for a ride.
This lady was extremely patient and kind, in a situation where I was already stresed out. Thanks in general to the management for letting my car remain overnight till I could get the tow.
I'm the guy with the blue beard, and I'm saying THANK YOU!”
“I came in to get chicken for Monday like always at the deli and the manager I didn't even want to help me because she seemed super irritated and unpleasant and frazzled as always..... but the young man James helped me and was extremely nice and very helpful and really should be manager considering he's always pleasant when I see him. He makes coming back to this store worth it!”
“I gave a lesser rating earlier because I do have some legitimate complaints. Most of my complaints were heard and most of the time I was satisfied overall. However, I read some reviews after leaving mine and they were horrid. They really don't deserve those bad reviews. Any I had a complaint about the payment app a person stayed on the phone with me until it was fixed. Once I received a totally wrong order. I was told to keep it and I reordered. Gave most of groceries to my neighbors except the water. I've had one order not delivered but reordered and received next day. That one I even called the driver and was sent to vm. Someone arrived with the delivery person next day with a really attitude who gave me a mean look. Was he the person delivering the day before who didn't? Maybe? Only reason I can think of to be hostile unless he didn't like my skin color. That's the only time I've been treated that way by a delivery person regardless of their color. They're either always friendly and respectful, or they ring my bell and are gone before I get there. I've found nearly all Wal Mart employees at the 2 Loveland stores to be pleasant and helpful. Any time I have a problem I go to customer service in the app. First its the vr assistants which I hate but if you persist with tapping it's something else, you will get a live person on there and if they can't help you, you will get a phone usually within 5 minutes or less. They are always courteous even when I've been irate, but I usually warn them before I start that I'm upset and if I get angry, it's not their fault. I know they aren't the person causing the problem. Sometimes it's even me. Give them a break people. Most of them are doing the best they can at jobs that are thankless most of the time for a wage that will never get them out of the poverty level. That's not always true. Some will steal or leave your groceries maybe on the moon just for a kick. I've encountered at least a dozen or more, male and female, and only one person was rude, actually many more than that. I almost always rate them an excellent, but can't always tip them, but do if possible unless there was something wrong.”
“This is a fed ex pick up location. Manger and staff were awesome when we had a mixup with a fed ex package. They went above and beyond to help us. Awesome customer service!!”

“I ordered cupcakes from another store, and they called me 4 hours before the party to let me know they they would be unable to make our order (for 42 people!). My husband called Safeway, and they SAVED US! They were so nice, and even offered to make the cupcakes with Cub Scout colors since it was for a scout event. The woman who helped us at the bakery was SO nice. We will come straight to Safeway next time.”
“Had enough points to get $0.⁷⁰ off a gallon. If you can plan to fill up there when you're almost empty and you buy a lot of stuff from King Soopers anyway (i.e. you rack up points) it's really a good discount. When I was looking for a gas station near me randomly the others (on Google maps) were priced at $3.70. This King Soopers was $2.59 (before my discount); BUT it could have been cheaper because I got regular unleaded and not mid-grade).”

“Cari was fantastic, she helped me link my cash app card to allow me to tap and pay with my phone. Lifesaver for real. Great employee to have on the team King Soopers!”
“The store on North Denver in Loveland recently went through renovations. The store has a very welcoming feeling, and the shelves are well stocked and lit. They did an overall excellent job with these changes.”
“It’s a DG… what do people expect? ?
Lines are long at times and they don’t always have what I need, however the staff has always been friendly. Glad to have them in town!”
“Love shipping at King Soopers. They have everything giving you an option to shop in store or click list. The click list is great because they bring out your order and I don't even have to get out of my car. Also saves me a ton of time not waking all over and waiting at checkout.
Also, I use the shopping points for getting gas at King Soopers, which sanded me a lot on fuel.”

“I'm new in town and, to be honest, only leaving a review because I was astonished that their rating is so low. Service here, at least during my visits in the last few months, is perfectly fine. Not exceptional, but easy enough to get my prescriptions filled in a timely manner.”
“This little market has got a good deli and produce section. Although they are more expensive on most products, I look forward to stopping in on my way to visit my daughter and grandkids. Great fried chicken and side dishes!”
