“Love this pharmacy! Many people experience in other pharmacies the “You’ll have to call your insurance” or “You’ll have to call your Doctor” that big chain pharmacies like Walgreens and Walmart have made a standard practice of in this industry, regardless of what the issue is.Wrong!!! A pharmacist works for YOU and is there to provide a service! Not you working for them.Many issues we all encounter getting medicines filled, the solution is not always for you to figure out what the problem is!If you like the convenience of just driving up and staying in your car (which can turn into 30 min to an hour at most Walgreens) Then this place is not for you. But they have alternative options to receive your meds if you’re unable to walk in. And those that are just lazy and don’t want to park and walk in or don’t like the Mon-Fri hours? Managing your medications and time management would probably be a great benefit for you.”

“Had to transfer a script from Walgreens. While the insurance was ony going to pay a small amount the Good Rx was the "go to". There was a $50 difference for the same medication via Good Rx betwwen the 2 stores. Not ony that, the transfer was conducted at 7pm at night, an hour before closing, and was ready when they opend the next day. Only delayed because they were waiting on the script transfer. Paul coordinated this from beginning to end, was SUPER helpful, and very pleasant. Wish they could all be like Paul.”

“I have worked with Good Day for a very long time, about 4 years and this is by far the BEST pharmacy for ALF's. The response times for any communication is addressed with urgency and care. You can absolutely tell that each pharmacist and technician are all here for the right reasons and that is all the resident care that we provide for each resident/patient. Since i have been with Castle Country (about a month) Good Day has made things so easy for me to obtain orders or medication carts for my building. Daphne has been wonderful by addressing all concerns and checking in with me to ensure i have everything i need. So thank you so much Daphne. All the techs i have had the pleasure working with so far have been wonderful with communication, or getting me to the right person! Thank you Colby, Truett, Bethany!
