Preston is the best, he takes special care of every customer, goes above and beyond, absolutely the nicest person I've ever encountered in a service based industry. I definitely would recommend this business to anyone wanting to store their belongings. He is a great person to deal with.

This is a nice storage place. Best prices we could find and easy access with the app. Also, easy remote access if you need to let someone else into your unit. The staff is also amazing, Preston is great, don't hesitate to ask him if you need anything. Would definitely rent here again.

I was a walk in during a very busy time of day, the manager was very patient, polite and accommodating with helping me select my storage unit. He was very knowledgeable and informative and I never felt rushed regardless of his work load at the time. The facilities are secure and satisfactory, and priced competitively. I'm grateful to have found lockaway.
