Glover was absolutely the best! From our emails back and forth and then visiting Lazydays and meeting him was a joy! He knew exactly what we were looking for and we struck a deal soon after! Glover took care of us from the very beginning and we will be buying our next RV from Glover and Lazydays.

Kevin was our sales person. Very helpful and answered all our questions and made in the initial process easy. Was really impressed with the service and parts side of the business. Alan did a fantastic job with our walkthrough and went into great detail about our camper. Several gals in the service and parts department were super helpful.

There is never a seamless transaction; but the attention, care, friendliness, and teamwork of the entire staff was remarkable for us. We are thrilled with our purchase, and quite pleased with the process. Trust Lazydays and ask for Kevin, Larry, and Allen!

My experience from the minute I arrived to the minute I left was wonderful. I was treated with respect and like I was the most important person there. I know that I was one of many in the showroom that felt that way!Josh was fantastic in listening to what I was looking for. I have been looking for months so I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for, I just needed help finding it! I hadn't decided on the type or brand of RV yet, just the boxes that I needed to check, and floor plan I preferred. Josh was patient and helped me process the pros and cons of all of the units I fell in love with. With Josh's help, I narrowed down the choices and chose what I wanted. I left confident with the purchase, and assured that they would be able to provide the support for the future as I use this. This was equally as important to me. I wanted to be sure in the future that getting service, storing and get support if needed was available, not just the day I bought it but as long as I own it! These guys are fantastic!

Buying our Coachmen Catalina Legacy travel trailer wasn't a bad experience. Good sales reps and easy purchase process. My review is specifically focused on the SERVICE department. We have taken our travel trailer in at least four times to get issues fixed and NONE of them have been fixed. Driving two hours there and two hours home several times and leaving it there for months for them to fix it just to have nothing fixed is frustrating as all get out. I will never, ever recommend this place to anyone. Or the Denver one, they're just as bad. Don't bother with a warranty on your trailer or RV, you'll just end up as frustrated and annoyed as we are.

Our salesperson Todd was very helpful and wasn’t pushy. We told him what we wanted and he never tried to push us in a different direction. Dave did our walkthrough on our new camper to help us learn the ins and outs of how it works. He was extremely knowledgeable and was happy to answer all of our questions. James did our financing and even put in the work to get us a lower interest rate. They all worked as a team to make our buying experience top notch. When we upgrade to a larger camper in the future we will most definitely buy from LazyDays. I highly recommend this company.

We were not ready to buy a coach/RV and we're quickly welcomed in, and met with Kevin. A well-versed and well-spoken new salesman. Took all our info into consideration, and produced a list of 4 candidates. All 4 were correct, and offered the minor differences that were expected to make our shopping fun. Not a pushy salesman. And if he didn't know the answer, he would find out and not just say something! The finance department was very knowledgeable also, and had the numbers at the ready. This dealer is trying to make it as easy as possible!

We needed a new water drain bar for our RV. (It was the last one!) The man helped us was kind and we told him we didn’t need an entire big pack of bonding tape. He said let me see what I can do. He was nice and went back to service and got us just a little bit of it. That is very helpful customer service. It really only takes one person to make a great place for customer service and satisfaction! I’m thankful for him and that is the reason for a great review!! We love to share the good people do!!

They never provided a title to my resume. They suck. Do not go there. They kept saying they would send it. I am trying to get a broke bond title in Montana. Avoid this company.

The sales guy was great!! The used RV was a decent price and they had a quick turnaround time so we could use it the same weekend...however, we were told that they weren't going to have the ability to do the entire process and that we were going to need to bring it back in so they could finish. Well, NO ONE WILL RETURN MY CALLS!! I have called 4x already and nothing! The shower door is broken, and all the ceiling trim is falling off...which we didn't notice because when we walked through it only on slide out was out...and there all of a sudden was a chunk of the door leading into the bunk room missing AND the dinette bed doesn't even hold up to any weight on it so good luck having someone sleeping on it!!Well I emailed the customer service and they called my husband but they won’t even get us in until mid October! So we get to roll around on our camping trips with not enough sleeping space AND down a shower?? super great! Thanks Lazy Days!

We had a great buying experience at Lazyday's RV of Loveland. Our salesman Tracy was very personable and professional; and answered my questions thoroughly (even taking my call after hours). If he didn't know the answer, he'd track it down and call me back quickly. Don gave us our orientation. He was knowledgeable and thorough. He wanted to make sure we thoroughly understood our new RV. He too was professional and both made us feel like valuable customers. I'd recommend and use this Lazyday's again.

Service center has not returned calls or emails. The phone goes directly to voicemail. Called multiple other lines just to get someone to pickup and get the "we will have someone contact you immediately". Reading all the google reviews and it seems the ghosting is what Lazy-days Loveland does to everyone. Go in person and can't find one employee to help or even know what is going on. How do you stand by selling something so expensive then never follow up on the service promised. They want to sell the warranty extension but you can't even get work done that is owed when you purchase a brand new vehicle. This place needs to be investigated!

Don't bother unless your credit is 800 or you're buying cash. Plus they are way overpriced and then "come down" to HIGH retail value.Wife and I had a rough spell a few years ago and our credit tanked. Currently rebuilding. Both have rebuilt to around 630 or so from the low 500's. We make good money, debt to income is very low. Figured we'd finance a toy hauler and pay it off in a year or two. We were treated like peasants and how dare we come in there without at least a 680 credit score. Even with half down on a $26k camper, we were told to pound sand. And now, I guess, this corporation is buying up "mom and pop" neighborhood dealers. Definitely off our list for any future purchases.

If I could give zero stars, even that would be generous. Without a doubt the absolute worst sales experience I have EVER had. Lies and deception from day 1.Out of state buyers will without question be sold something that isn't what you think.I found a unit I wanted and made a deposit and scheduled a date for pick up.I was told the inspection was complete, so book a flight.Flight booked....At the airport I was called to say there are issues need repairing, but will absolutely be taken care of before I get there (apparently these issues weren’t noticed during the inspection??).Get there, sign the paper work and the work was not done. Too late for me to back out at that point (and the timing of telling me the parts weren't there were absolutely by design).Promises of the parts being overnighted to my home town... over a month later STILL nothing. Nobody willing to answer my calls and offer an explanation or ETA.Promises of calls back and help to resolve any issues was all lip service.Do yourself a massive favor and stay away... absolutely zero integrity within this Lazydays location... shameful
