“The gentleman in the front was very kind and welcoming! Perhaps one of the nicest customer service I have ever received at a USPS. Also, very clean and well supplied.”
“Best customer service ever, huge shout out to Pauline for being super patient with me and my newborn baby! We had to get passport pics for my baby and she went above and beyond… very sweet and helped me make sure everything was correct on my application..”

“I moved to Mead in late 2023, and I've been so impressed by the Mead Post Office and its staff. I came from a nearby community with a ... less than stellar PO. Mead has been friendly, fast, and helpful--I wish I'd started coming up here from the other PO before I moved! They're great!”
“This little post office has been there forever. Your staff are pleasant and efficient with all of my needs except one.
We need a handicap accessible door to enter an exit this post office. We have many aging and old people in Windsor who need the handicap buttons to enter an exit the post office. I hope we can get this done for our aging population.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had an outstanding experience with the Johnstown post office today. My package showed as delivered to a parcel locker, but no key was left. When I called, the representative I spoke with was incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive. He immediately contacted the carrier, ensured the issue was resolved, and I received my package the same day. What truly impressed me was that they even called me after hours to confirm I had received it. Their customer service absolutely made my day - thank you so much for going above and beyond!”
