Shout out to Easton in the Golf department!! I had a fitting this morning and his knowledge and unbiased help was greatly appreciated! Highly recommend asking for Easton if you are getting fitted for new clubs!!! I also have been helped by Hunter whom also is great!

I am posting this specifically to praise Erika, who I believe works in the apparel department.
I have been looking for a cotopaxi bag for ages, and it's hard because the ones I like are one-of-a-kind, meaning that I could or could not like it. Erika helped me find one I liked, going as far as to get one off the mannequin on the top shelf and bringing all the colors they had in the back.
Not to mention, I've been on the lookout for workout clothes and she helped me find coordinating colors in tank tops to the shorts I liked.
Erika is the most helpful employee I have encountered in a while, and made my experience wonderful, especially because I have been struggling for so long to find these items. Give them a raise!

Had a great experience in shoes with Larisa M she was so kind helped me find the right shoe that I needed and wanted. She was very patient helping multiple people at once and came back with different shoes for me to try on multiple times I left happy with a pair of shoes that I’ll enjoy!

Kylee in the food court did something I haven't seen in years! It was busy and I was in line and Kylee made eye contact with me and gestured that she will be with me in a minute. Wow! How nice to see that again! Most employees act as if you're bothering them these days, not at Scheels
They know what customer service looks like. Great job Scheels! And thank you Kylee!

Shoutout to Jay in the men’s golf section! Had to grab a last minute order of 20 men’s golf shirts for a tournament and he helped us with everything. He ran back and forth to grab shirts and supported us the entire time. Also loved how many employees were helpful and always asking if we needed help. Scheels you are killing it!

Here from Summerville South Carolina to visit family and they took me here for a birthday dinner. Did the same thing 8yrs ago. It's just as good as I remember. Great food and service ?. Always look forward to coming here each time we visit.
