“I’ve used the ER and oncology areas of this clinic as needed since 2016. Not often, thank goodness, but enough to have a decent data set of experiences. I live two hours away. Everyone that I have dealt with at Four Seasons is very kind, compassionate, sensitive to the time and distance involved with bringing my pets in for appointments and, to the best of their medical ability, making sure I have what I need back in my hometown. I had an especially good experience in the ER yesterday, Sunday 9/13/26. The vet on duty was compassionate but also direct - not everyone appreciates a direct approach and I know she understood that I could handle that. Even though I made a decision she didn’t entirely agree with - to be blunt, I wanted to take my dog home and not euthanize at the clinic that day - she gave me no pushback and made every effort to make sure my dog was comfortable for the remaining hours I was asking for. We have an appointment this morning at our home vet, I know it’s the right decision, and I am grateful for her honesty and proactive response. My dog and I got in our “last walk,” and “last meal,” and she had a quiet night and gets to cross the rainbow bridge with reservoir mud on her paws.”

“Adopted a 5 year old German Shepherd Dog from a local shelter. Check up with West Ridge Animal Hospital was very good and thorough by the Doctor. We had to call next day as our new dog was not eating and had upset stomach, not keeping anything down. She prescribed and supplied us with a pill that settled her stomach and gave us a recipe for lean hamburger and rice. Our new girl finally ate and kept her food down. Very understanding and helpful Veterinary clinic.”

“Dr. Robin is the only vet in Northern Colorado (and we tried several) who could sit on the floor with our highly reactive dog and make him feel comfortable. No one outside of his family members was ever let in like that. I was incredibly anxious bringing Bandit to her but very quickly realized she’s different and she CARES. I didn’t feel judged by my special needs dogs behavior, she understood it and worked with him. Dr. Robin is such a blessing, and comforted us when we lost him.”
