“From the road this hotel looked run down and there was barely anyone in the parking lot, but the Cobblestone in next door was fully booked so we decided to ask to look at a room for our family. We were pleasantly surprised! The carpet and bathroom flooring, air conditioner, TV, appliances, sink and bathroom counter and the toilet all looked brand new!! The furniture and beds looked older but the room was nice and sufficient for our needs for only $76 plus tax for a two bed room. Besides the chair in the room that looked more worn, everything was very clean! There is no reason to be scared to stay here with your family! It looks like the owners are working hard to renovate this motel as they have the funds and I’m sure that it will only continue to improve! We would highly recommend this place to other people who are looking for a safe, clean, inexpensive place to stay. We like to have breakfast when we stay and there is none at this point but for the price we didn’t mind. We took some photos to show that it was looking good, but unfortunately after we had already used the room so it doesn’t look perfect anymore but hopefully people can get the idea that the room is pretty decent! Definitely much nicer than any of the other photos that we saw online. Best of luck in the future to the hotel owners who are obviously working hard to improve their business!”
