“Okay, this is a weird 5 star review but it is important!
I've been going to this location for five years now. I have gone at all hours of the day for various reasons. (A bottle of wine as a gift, for myself, etc)
Whenever I walk in, I am greeted by someone at the front desk. It is a warm greeting and there is definite sense that an eye is being kept on the customers. That is fine with me because.... Don't steal stuff!
Here is the important part: on two separate occasions I have watched while a woman, shopping alone, was approached by an entitled man who probably thought that a woman buying alcohol means something more than just that. In both cases, the man approached the woman and started making comments about partying and joining the party. BOTH TIMES, the staff of the store ran interference and chased the man off. They watched to make sure it wasn't a welcome conversation. They protected the sanctity of wanting to shop alone. I feel safe at this store and appreciate the methods of the staff. Friendly, but don't mess around!

“Excellent and vast wine selection. Help from employees led me to a very happy wife. Will be buying more from this location. Great prices and service is only beat by going to an actual vineyard. Clean place and make sure to enrol in points to get free stuff. Thank you for the great experience and knowledgable staff.”
