Room was dirty and in general disrepair. Wanted to talk to reception in the morning but there was nobody there, asked a housekeeper and they said that reception would be staffed at 5pm. Multiple calls to the phone number listed on the front desk were unanswered.

I love this place.
Showed up with my brother for an event happening. The man at the front desk was very nice and professional and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He noticed we had one Queen bed and I told him yeah no problem my brother can take the bed I'll crash on the floor. He said you're not crashing on the floor I'm getting you a room with two beds. It was very cool that he upgraded our room like that just to be kind. The hotel is nice and comfortable and it's in a beautiful ski town and the management of the hotel has heart.

I was staying here well, I was seeing family and sum friends and I was amazed with how good the service was and how good the hotel looked I was not expecting such a good looking hotel but out of all the hotels I have to this has been the best one out of all the rest so I highly recommend that you stay here?

Door lock malfunctioned, so we had to wait for them to show up to let us in at 130am. Keycard still didn't work in the morning, so we got locked out again and finally found a maid who struggled with the door to let us in. Heater stopped working and it was 40 degrees out. Awful experience. If you guys see this, I'd like a partial refund.

Great location for a good price. Rooms are nice and the jacuzzi was amazing after a long day of hiking.

Great value for what it is if you’re looking for a place to stay in the summer!

Clean room, comfortable bed. Never heard any noise from people on either side of my room. Loved the bar right across the street, and A-Basin was only an 8 minute drive. Definitely coming back.

Came for a summer stay. As others said, desk service was patchy. If you want to make changes to your reservation, call around 4pm, don't email, as they probably won't check their email. Otherwise, room was clean and well kept, jacuzzi was awesome.

This is the cheapest spot I've found near my climbing routes but it's pretty close to self service. Only come at 3pm to 4pm unless prebooked. You have to pay 4 dollars per wash and dry cycle! Vending prices are about double what I normally see, but there is jerky in there for 4 so that's not a bad deal. Free coffee in the lobby. The hot tub is in good condition and the rooms come with a microwave, cable tv and a fridge. They didn't come in our room and tidy up / make the beds during our three days but they did drop off towels. In summary it's a good spot if you are doing outdoor sports and need a solid place to crash and go!
Rooms: Tidy and to the point.
Nearby activities: Skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, rafting, rock climbing, mountain climbing and more.
Food & drinks: Check out the pizza joint across the street, trust me. ?
Noteworthy details: At 70 something a night it's a solid deal. I'm a grungy outdoor sporting fanatic, this place is perfect for me. I go climb, come back, knock out and go again tomorrow.

Favourite place to stay in Summit for value and location. We’ve stayed here I think three times now and have never seen a staff member haha but we have checked in late-ish each time (~7pm). The hot tub is great but the sauna has never worked in our experience.
Nearby activities: Keystone mountain
Walkability: Close to the restaurants in that part of town
Food & drinks: In the strip by the restaurants that aren’t village associated at Keystone

Had a suite on the 2nd floor with a microwave, mini-fridge and stove-top burner. It was so perfect. After spending a cold day (and a lot of money) on the mountain, to be able to come back to the hotel, relax, cook dinner and not having to go out and spend MORE money, was just PERFECT!!! I will only stay here when I am in Summit County. It is so very reasonable, includes a great breakfast provided by such friendly staff! It is not owned by Vail, so it is one of the only places in Keystone where you are able to "keep it local." I have stayed there in years past, when it was run by different management and they absolutely did a 360 and I will be returning as well as recommending it to all my friends. Room was very clean and quiet!
