Global Propane and specifically Carlos (one of their drivers) has gone out of their way to take care of us. We have a double black diamond steep dirt driveway that can be challenging to navigate. Their staff have been great to coordinate how to make sure that we actually had propane when we needed it. I would highly recommend these guys.

Never has any issues, always responsive and very nice! We have been using Global Propane for years. They deliver quickly and even call when in the area to see if we need service. Prices are always cheaper than competitors.

Not sure why people are leaving such horrible reviews. Than again it is very hard to please people! I have used Global Propane for the few years. They have always delivered and price is great!Thank you Global Propane for great service!!!

Dave is a JERK, The most unprofessional business on the planet. He was out our way yesterday to deliver propane , after a 5 week request, He got stuck . 2 whl drive and NO flippen chains. MORON ! ! He blamed getting stuck on the home owner. !!! While waiting for tow truck he was rude and unprofessional to residents who were trying to help him. He also blocked the road with a neighbors truck so we could not get to put our trash bins out. After letting him know we needed to get by, he was very rude , particularly to the females that were in the area. Will NEVER , NEVER, get propane from this MORON EVER. After being pulled out , he left. Neighbor never did get their propane. Price might be good , but professionalism and dependability go a long way.

2024 update! The company has made msny changes and is much improved. Customer service is by far one of the best now. The phones are answered by very congenial and responsive people. They service is prompt and has always been highly recommended. I have been using Global again for the last 8 months and trust them. Quick service, and if you've got an emergency, they are happy to help.2021 Abrupt conversations, failure to respond to phone calls, poor customer relations. Fair prices on propane but wonder about the quality of care for the customers.

The folks at Brothers Propane immediately respond to my requests for service and can always complete the refill within a few days. I depend on them. Also, I get a good price with no extra fees like some companies charge. I love Brothers Propane!

They helped me hook up, leak check, pressure test, and fill up an old end fill propane tank to my other two tanks. They also locked in the price while all of this work got done. Now I'm all set for one fill a year!Thanks

I have been using Glogal Propane for the last 20 years. This time I had Carlos come out and drop a second tank and what a pleasure he was to work with. He went out of his way to make sure it was squeezed in exactly where I wanted it and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect.

Buyer Beware. There is much better companies.This company has no communication. They will not return calls. They have been the most unreliable company we cave worked with. There is no professionalism. We were left without propane and called several times. Received no response. 3 months later they showed up and entered through our closed gate and filled the empty tank that was turned off and disconnected from the house. We were forced to pay for the fuel they delivered. Over a year later Global entered the property again through a closed gate and took the fuel and they refuse to pay us for the 411 gallons they took.
