Do they have a bathroom? Yes, in good working order I'm told. Is it open? No. Why not? "My manager told me so, even if you buy something." Definitely don't recommend stopping here. What horrible customer service, especially for one of the only gas stations on a very long stretch of road.

The older woman working the counter is rude. I came in for coffee and snacks and felt like I was an inconvenience. As someone who works in the customer service industry myself, I'll take my money somewhere else next time

We stopped to use the restroom, to which I have used many times coming through town. My husband went in to use it and the lady told him he had to purchase something. I've never been told this! I went in directly after him to be sure it wasn't just her having a moment. I also assured as I walked up that there was no signage denying bathroom access without purchase! I asked, "Do you have a restroom I could use?" She immediately pointed me to the restroom with no hesitation and said, "You'll have to wait someone is using it." I believe my husband was only given a different ultimatum because he has Hispanic features as there is no difference in our manor or dress so what else could have been the problem!

All gas pumps were available. There is no restroom (even for customers!) so we had to make another stop elsewhere.

High Plains Food Store is the worst store ever! Owner is rude and has a personality of a rock. Food is expired and I hope you don't need to use the restroom as they will NOT let you use it. Don't waste your time stopping there.
