“The Postal Staff (Anna and Denise,) was most helpful, professional, knowledgeable and patient in helping me resolve my problem. My grandson's package was delayed arriving in time for his stay at the Boy Scout Camp. They listened with compassion and helped resolve this resulting in a very happy ending. I can only say "Thank you, thank you" for your graciousness and assistance. It is greatly appreciated. I was very much impressed with the level of professionalism and helpfulness.”
“It's really not as bad as people make it out to be. The only annoying parts is that my neighborhood has postal boxes and parcel boxes at the entrance and since everyone orders packages these days, the parcel boxes run out. Thus I'm forced to drive into town to pick up my packages. Not something they can really control though. Other than that, the time of operation isn't farvorable to people who work 9 to 5, but honestly that seems to be the norm for most post offices.
Otherwise if you do have to go in person, the staff is lovely and extremely helpful. One of the best Post Offices I have ever had the pleasure of stepping into.”
