Amazing experience! Helped repair our damage to our BMW X3. Paint patch and fenders, headlights perfect and like a new car. After the on time work, detailed car and made like new. I highly recommend Kittredge Auto Rebuilders. They went above and beyond to fix up my Subaru. I was surprised and delighted when I found that they repaired a couple of minor things that weren't even on the list of things to do. They were easy to work with, communicated well, and prompt. Thank you very much for your attention to detail and customer service.

I brought my car in after an accident. It took much longer to be repaired than I was originally told and I received no communication to notify me of this. After getting the car back, it was still not fixed. I brought it to a different mechanic who found extensive issues to fix. He asked me where I previously brought the car so he could be sure to avoid it. This has cost me over a thousand extra dollars in rental car expenses and a lot of wasted time.

Kittredge Auto Rebuilders has gone above and beyond my expectations. I'm from California and unfortunately had my first snow driving experience while driving down from Winter Park at night during a blizzard. I crashed into a snow bank, releasing 3 airbags, and only had a day before one of the last available flights back to California before Christmas. After calling dozens of places with no luck of anyone having space for my car, Kenny from Kitteredge Auto Rebuilders said he'd let me send the car to him for inspection. After a week or so, he called me and said the car was not worth fixing for how much it was gonna cost to repair the airbags. I knew I would have to fly back out to Colorado just to figure out how to get rid of the car, but Kenny told me he would worry about getting rid of it for me FREE OF CHARGE. I just received the letter from the Firefighters today thanking me for my car donation to them. This place has been my saving grace, and I'm incredibly thankful for Kenny and the kind people at Kittredge Auto for going above and beyond their call of duty.

My car had some front end damage where the front bumper, condenser, radiator, and mounts had to be replaced along with a hood realignment. After they told me that they need to keep the car for longer because they did a poor inspection, I had to wait an additional 2 weeks to get my car back. When we got it back the hood was so crooked that we had to take it back so they could fix it, and that was only one of the problems. The hood was still misaligned, the panel gap between the hood and the bumper is huge, the paint on the bumper does not match at all, and the bumper is NOT EVEN ATTACHED PROPERLY. On top of that, they didn’t paint the condenser and they left masking tape on the bumper and condenser. Overall, I would not take your car to this shop!
