We tired to pay our stuff off and they offered us one price then went to pay it off and they made us rent another item then told us it would be a additional 300$ on top of what he offered to pay off. They are always outside smoking cigarettes in and out of there car doing who knows what. Since they changed mangers this place has gone down hill.

The staff in the building are friendly enough,but it seems like their drivers don't know how to be on time. They gave us a window of time for someone to come to look at an AC THEY damaged by having me do all the work. The window gave way onto my wrist and he just stood there. I had to raise my voice in frustration before he'd do the last bit of work to finish it. And he didn't even bring what he needed to ensure the unit was secure and sealed. I may as well have collected said unit from the store and just did it myself, probably wouldn't have gotten hurt that way. After he left I had to undo what he did because it wouldn't work and redo it. The unit is dented and warped now and the cord was damaged so wires are exposed and now they're 2 hours late after repented excuses. If I could give 0 I would. How do people stay in business acting like this?

I had a great experience with my washer and was so happy that I purchased the matching dryer. Sadly this is where my experience went way down hill. I have planned to pay off my dryer and purchase a stove followed by a fridge and deep freez. A week after pay off I was billed for the dryer a week early and for the full month. This was discussed at the time of dryer purchase and took 4 calls to correct. With in a few weeks the washer started leaking and we called Aaron's to fix it. It took them weeks to come out just to look at it and they didn't bring a replacement. After much poor communication a replacement was delivered and we got one week use and it began leaking. Aaron's advised when we called that this is an issue because the washer drain pipe freezing. We advised that we will have it looked at. Aaron's advised my washer was in Pueblo CO. My spouse who I've asked both in store and over the phone is authorized and been told he will be added and is not. The customer service has been awful and they treat a disabled person who can't breathe like he's angry and terrible to talk to. Shame on you for treating your disabled elder so poorly. You all need to make this right before you lose a darn good customer. Please just go across the was to another rent to own.

I will never rent to own from this store again Horrible first time experience I was behind and I didn't have a chance to call them cause I been traveling for my job and they would keep calling 5 maybe 6 times a day also show up early pounding on the door also discussed my billing information to my boyfriend and family members even tho i didnt have any of them as references so it did get me upset cause that is invading my privacy they told my boyfriend they would give me and extention was a lie called when I finally had time and told them if i could pay half and was told no what did you think you was gonna pay but then she had change her mind n said only this 1 time with an attitude my boyfriend called corporate and was told the regional manager was gonna give us a call and so we got a call for Nikita she is not the regional manager and she was being rude to my boyfriend while he was trying to explain to her that it's not right to be disclosing my bill information/ any of my information to other people and including him and all he got from her was well ain't you her husband and I only called her sisters n tried to say they never spoke to my mother which was a lie as they went to her house don't recommend this place what so ever very rude and ain't willing to help you out if you do get behind

I wouldn't even give 1 star if I had a choice. This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. It started out I ordered my washer and dryer online under the premise that it would be delivered and installed by Aaron's as stated in the agreement. When they arrived with my washer and dryer they looked at my stairs which are pretty steep and told me they could not take it down because they could scratch or ding it, so I asked for a release form which of course they didn't have. So the guy left the washer and dryer in my driveway right before it began to rain. Thankfully a neighbor came and helped me get it downstairs but I still had to put the dryer 3-prong cord on and install both, which I have no experience and a pretty big fear of electricity especially a 220. Time goes by dryer starts having problems. This was in the beginning of December. Here it is almost February and I have been given the runaround every time I call I have showed up out there because I've been told twice that a dryer will be brought for a loaner until mine is repared and still nothing. I see their truck at my neighbor's house almost daily I assume trying to repo but they can't bring my dryer or even call me I'm disabled with an 8 year old kid and no family. This is absolutely ridiculous I would never rent here again I am going to be purchasing a dishwasher next and I guess I will go to Best buy because Aaron's has made this a horrible miserable experience not to mention I'm still line drying my clothes in the middle of winter and after iron and everything else that goes with it. This Aaron's, I can't speak for them all, sucks to say the least. I have tried their online chat and also get no response I'm about to report to the BBB as well as get a lawyer. I have held up my contractual end paying my bill on time every time and they have not honored any of theirs. Embarrassing to say the least!

Was there with my daughter. She was looking for a new gaming computer. We found one she liked and went home with it. After my daughter finished get everything set up, and is excitedly waiting for it to boot up. Enter Password! Nobody mentioned a password, by now there closed. Not a great start. Getting the password was easy as a phone call. So computer is up and running but not running good at all I mean AOL dialup loading screen not good. They returned it no problems, and the replacement computer was straight out of the box. Amanda and her staff handled everything promptly, professionally and without unnecessary headaches.

Horrible!! They say one thing and then change it and it makes absolutely no sense!! Proof of address on your drivers license should be good enough especially if the DMV did it but nope not for this place! Awful service!

A bit disappointing that they couldn't call me to let me know they were short handed and not going to be able to deliver ?, so I sat home all day waiting for nothing and had to wait the next day also. Not professional in my opinion ?

They are nothing more than criminals and thugs. They are not supposed to operate outside of business hours according to corporate but they don’t care. They have no care in the world. They will block you in your driveway which is against the law and bully you into making a payment or returning their merchandise. I have that on video. Their GM and Regional managers have no control over their employees. They show up at your house at 8 am and 9 pm if you’re behind on one payment and they will show up everyday and call multiple times a day until you pay. They don’t care about anything other than money. They don’t work with you. They don’t stop harassing you until a payment is made. They stalk your neighborhood and wait to show up until you are in your driveway. This store is ran by thugs and criminals and if you’re smart you will stay away from this store and not give them your business

They don’t work with you. Call you multiple times a day. Show up at your house at 7:30 am or 9 pm when corporate has said they’re not allowed to operate outside of business hours. Nikita is extremely rude, disrespectful and argumentative. Doesn’t care what corporate says. They want their money and they will harass you until they get it. They do not care if you’re gonna get fired cause they won’t stop calling, if you’re facing eviction cause paying them is the only way to get them to stop harassing you. The manager Dara Dillon doesn’t care to manage her employees behavior and unprofessional conduct
