“First of all, this inn is not a fancy upscale hotel. Much can be done to improve its esthetics. That said, Ms. Lu, who manages every aspect of this location, is tireless and multitasks throughout the day and night. Besides taking care of the office, she partakes in housekeeping, gardening and setting up and closing down the continental breakfast. The breakfast was satisfying. She gave me what I believe is the best price in town. Room #30 was clean and the amenities available functioned well. The bed was comfortable. The first stay was quiet until 5am, when the person upstairs was walking in his work boots before leaving his room. My second and final stay was quiet, but initially had to deal with several flies that were able to sneak into the room. Neither issue is the fault of the hotel, especially when realizing that many people go to work early in the morning and eastern Colorado is well known to be abundant with insects. Hope the owner enhances the Midtown Inn in the future.”

“Better than I expected! The interior seemed re-done recently and the ceiling fan in the room was a bonus. Everything was clean, breakfast was limited (but to be expected with continental), and the hotel was quiet, which was nice.”
