Horrible staff, horrible company. Stole my identity and waited 3 months before letting me know that my identity had been stolen through their system. Absolute trash. Also, they have a RICO case against them. Do not file with this company EVER AGAIN.

Hr block in la junta is the best place to get taxes filed .friendly and helpful staff . Preparers always friendly and knowledgeable with all aspects of tax filing.I will return to them next year.

At first I didn't like the situation on paying to get your taxes and that they stopped giving out advances but I do understand that they have to go by there company's policy. H&R block at la junta Colorado there was one person that really want out of his way to actually help me to find out and called to see what was going on with the taxes. And giving me updated on what was going on. I'm sorry I have a bad thing about remembering peoples name but he should get the employee of the year and a raise cuz I've never seen somebody go out of his way to truly help his customers. Thank you for all you done for me and others.

La Junta Office has signs all over saying walk in's welcome, went in and they promptly told me they do not accept walk in's and to use the drop off.
