Sad they won't give loans to people who's been with them years almost 750 credit score and still deny the loans about to switch banks totally as it seems they won't help there customers but rather help people without having a account with them

A check drawn off of a US Bank account and they still charge a fee to cash the check just because the person you wrote the check to does not have an account with US rip off bank! Well it's time for me to get a new bank. US Bank and all their fees and poor customers service at the local branch. Long lines and no one in a hurry to help out a customer!

Very disappointing that the manager does not take care of her elderly customers like she should. If it's a unusual transaction questions should be asked to make sure that those customers are doing the right thing. at this point I would not recommend banking at US Bank especially in la junta and that saddens me to say. called customer service to complain said I'd get a call from a supervisor within 48 hours it's been two weeks and still have never received a call. Does not seem like US Bank cares about its customers at all.

The manager is very unprofessional. And on top of that when i had an account there I was trying to transfer money into my other bank account and it would take almost a week to go through!

HORRIBLE! They were sued in 2016 for 55 BILLION for manipulating transactions to force the customer to incur overdraft fees rather than posting transactions chronologically as they occur (like every other bank), and it seems they are back to their old tricks! Even when it is their fault for taking 2+ weeks to post a transaction, they do nothing to help! Their customer service is a TOTAL JOKE! As for their fraud department, they take 6+ WEEKS to refund your money if someone steals it! Someone steals your card and uses all your money? Hope you don't have bills soon because they won't investigate anything for WEEKS! I joined up with them on impulse because I needed a local bank, but I will be cancelling my account at the end of the month!! WORST BANK IN LA JUNTA AND PROBABLY THE WHOLE NORTH AMERICAN CONTINENT! Go to TBK instead!

Have a checking and money market savings account and i am getting killed all the time transferring money between my accounts and the kids accounts. Very unprofessional and lie all the time to customers. Plus all the fees this bank charges is outrages. Well time to go somewhere else outside of the valley.

Much better banks. They never want to help with anything. Lied about my son opening an account then denied it to my face. Went to first national and now am very happy.
