Granite Canyon General Store is a historic 113-year-old establishment that has served as the Lake George Post Office from 1910 to 1989. The knowledgeable and friendly owners, Craig and Lisa, are praised for their dedication to their customers and the local community. So forewarning they don't do returns, even on defective merchandise, but whoever was in charge exchanged it out for me. Pretty unique store, on the pricey side but the convenience factor is worth it.

Stopped in to use the restroom with the kiddos but was delighted by a lovely store with really cool stuff, knowledgeable staff and an amazing view of a historical building and area. We are definitely stopping back in on our next trip. Thank you!
