About as scammy as it gets for a big name chain. You gotta honor the prices listed. This is why merchandising is a big deal, they tell me the pies are $1 when you buy two, but nothing on the sign said that and I bought $1 pies all summer long. Likewise, gulps marked at $1.19 ringing out at $1.29 plus tax, and when I'm in my last time that shit matters. The fact that there's no lenience (or following the actual law about price tags lol) is a much bigger deal than $0.10. these dudes made it clear in one visit that they don't care about customers. Get outta my neighborhood please.

Went to two different gas pumps and the crad reader wouldn't work. I went to a different gas station and had no problem with it reading my card or anything else.

I visited the 7-11 on Saturday, October 26, 2024, around 5:30 PM with my son to get gas, cash in some scratch tickets, and buy more. I went to the first register to pay $70 for pump 12 since my card was declined there. The woman assisting me was friendly and multitasking effectively with pickup orders and customers.
Meanwhile, my son approached the other register, where he handed his winning scratch tickets to Evan. Unfortunately, Evan didn’t greet him or ask how he was doing. Instead, he immediately requested my son’s ID to verify his age for cashing in the tickets. Although I found this unusual, my son provided his ID. Evan then asked whose tickets they were, despite having the ID, which was unnecessary.
After scanning the tickets, Evan informed us that if the total exceeded $100, we would need to purchase more tickets. Because that's how he runs things. We didn’t want to interact with him any longer, my son opted to stop at $90 and take the cash.
When I returned to the car, I noticed the pump had stopped at $45, so I went back in for a receipt. Evan stated that the remaining balance would be refunded to my card, and he couldn't give cash. I requested a receipt because the one I initially had indicated $70, while the new one showed $45.
On our way home, my son mentioned that a customer ahead of him struggled to prepare $15 for his purchase, as he only had $5 in bills and the rest in coins. Evan told him he wouldn’t accept the change and had the right to refuse service.
I don’t understand why a customer would be treated this way. It seems to be a recurring issue with Evan, who made sure I remembered his name. In my experience, such behavior is unacceptable for any business.

Anthony was a good employee, he helped me when I asked him for the things I needed, he was so kind and had sick a great personality, I personally think he should get a raise for his actions and for the way he treats his customers

The worst customer service I’ve ever had the really old lady that works the front counter is soo rude. She’s cusses at work and does not care about making your transaction a pleasant experience.

Typical 7-Eleven convenience store. They have nice cashiers. I've been a customer here several times, and they always seem to have their restrooms out of order - so don't count on making this a place to stop for a potty break.

Like took forever and when I finally got to the counter to purchase a tobacco product, my PASSPORT would not be accepted as identification. So I can travel to Europe with thing but not purchase tobacco…
???? laughable. And their pizza is always below average.
