This is the store the app sends my delivery orders from and they are consistently horrible. Last night for instance I ordered a pizza and a bunch of other stuff and the pizza came with the slices individually boxed (which is fine, but prices l proves they had to look at it) and every slice was COVERED in black bits of ash. Disappointing to say the least.

I've lived down the road from this location for a year and few months now. It's so close that it is my family's go to convenient store, which at times isn't easy. I feel like whoever owns this store is mismanaging it. I have seen great employees leave quickly and long standing employees that stink stay for way too long. There are also a handful of long standing employees who really care about their work despite what seems to me to be poor leadership at a higher level and, likely in consequence, a culture that allows despicable behavior by their customers. There is a gentlemen who works in the morning who is a little shorter with a greying beard who usually has a hat on that has been there since I moved in who is very pleasant and, from my experience, whenever he is there the lines are short, things are stocked, and I have a good experience. These is also a younger gentlemen with a pony tail that I see late, like after ten or eleven during the week, who is incredibly helpful to customers and makes sure the store is operating as it should be even though in most cases I feel like he is the only person there and is dealing with terrible customers. To me there is a clear difference between the new employees who don't care and end up leaving or getting fired within a month and the employees who train them every month, deal with terrible customers and, quite frankly, scary situations, who keep this place running. If those handful of employees weren't there I know the store would fall apart because they'd be reduced to these fly by night employees they hire at such low wages they'd never care about the place and only do it long enough to find another job or until the can't bare it anymore.

Im sorry, but I never try to post negative things about businesses, but I've had it. I'm gonna say a lot, not all, but a lot of these employees must have just miserable home lifes. Just an example, tonight I go in to put money on my cash app, which I do somewhat regularly, in which every time you hear a "uuugh" coming out've whoever's mouth that I'm speaking to. Like it's the hardest thing they have to do at their job. Something in which their company MAKES MONEY ON EVERY SINGLE TRANSACTION they do for CashApp! Tonight was the best example of one of the worst though.. *sidenote* apparently they can't even trust their employees with access to the cash app program, that a manager needs to be there in order for you to make a deposit.** Anyway, tonight I go in, there's a line and instead of helping, the woman proceeds to walk past the line, to go help herself with a drink. As I know the situation about the manager, I began to ask her as she's walking by, "Hey, is....." and that's as far as a got before she responds in a resounding, voiciferous reply, "NOOOPE!!"..., that the entire store could hear. _All I was gonna ask, is, " hey, does there happen to be a manager on duty to help me with a cashapp?" Literally as nice as i always am to them. Not once have I ever done or said or did anything that would warrant such disrespect...Of course, by now, this and many other occurrences since I've moved to this area have just built up. And I know it doesn't seem like much, but for someone to be dis-respected EVERY SINGLE TIME they walk into a building, I've had enough already. Definitely won't be going in there again anytime soon. I'll go the opposite direction of that which i need to go from now on just to get my gas.

Dont let the look of this place fool you. Its ghetto here, the gas pumps never let me pay at the pump, the air machine outside broken, they refused to take my United states passport as a form of ID! This is worst 7-Eleven location ive been to.

I came here a couple weeks ago after ordering dinner for my boys on the app. We went to pick it up (my son went in with my phone to show them the order number and to pick up the already paid for order. Easy right?…. ) but due to the employees not even checking the confirmation code which was readily available to see or even asking what the order was they decided to just make a shot in the dark and give whatever they felt they wanted….. it was nothing at all what was ordered. The whole time the manager was outside sitting in his car on his phone. He was there when we pulled up and I only know it was him because when I sent my son back in because he came out with the completely wrong order the cashier came out to get him so he went in with attitude and didn’t solve anything. More conspired, I ended up interacting with them because they weren’t willing to do anything but give attitude. ( must be nice to get paid to sit in your car on your phone as a manager and give attitude and get paid for it!)….. I wrote the review to say that I called corporate and made a complaint whom said I should be receiving a phone call. But I never did. It’s outrageous and have not and will not be returning to this store nor any other 7-11 if I can help it. They obviously don’t care and being treated as such is probably what they call quality customer service…. I can only imagine how bad it has to be to be considered bad consumer service and to get a response….

Went in today with my daughter and I decided to use the self check out the employee decided to tell me that if I was going to use EBT that self check out does not take it , I don’t know why he would assume I have ebt and even if I had it there’s nothing wrong with it. He is skinny/tall his hair is always slick down always rude definitely won’t be coming back anymore.

Shift lead lady gave me the wrong vuse alto pad pack after telling her twice what % I wanted. Then I try calling, guy answers the phone, puts me on hold for 10 minutes then hangs up on me. He told me he would let me speak to the shift lead that sold me the pods. Now I have to take a lyft just to go back and get the right pods. Horrible customer service and they all need to listen and pay attention. I could hear they guy helping people while I was on the phone. He never told her I was on the phone. Then I get there and told her what the issue was. They new they were in the wrong and still tried telling me all sales are finle. They did finally give me the right one but when it comes to customer service they don't have any. All they has to do was just make it right without and attitude or throw a fit.

I recently came into this location to add some money to cash app. After 9pm. The blondie with a whack hair do. And a unattractive appearance. Gave me an absolute horrible attitude. Very unprofessional. And should be fired immediately. Apparently Cash App deposits after 9pm. Poses a security risk to employees. What in the hell does that mean??? I'm so confused.
