Yet again, denied the legal right to purchase tobacco products as a 50+ woman with a valid passport as my ID. I think at this point, it’s time to talk to a lawyer & see what options I might have. Colorado law to sale to me includes acceptance of a passport.

The cashier was super sussy and refunded me cash instead of card. I asked for a receipt and both of the people got upset. I will not be back and I will be watching my credit card super closely. ??

Definitely recommend this place night. Crew is definitely why every time I go in there. Food is always fresh and a staff is very helpful for whatever you need is Rocky and Dorothy rock.

This is the absolute worst place I have ever been the counter clerk tried to make me pay for lottery tickets she mis printed and then yelled at me calling me stupid. I will never go back to this store again I will take the time to drive to a farther location. I feel they were trying to scam me and they were aggressively mean and tried to be intimidating

Had what can only described as a 5* 711 experience- bethy was incredible!!!!!!!!!! Like breathtakingly so! If 711 doesn’t make bethy a top dog then they are idiots!!!! What a baddie!!!! My husband and I had been talking about 711 hotdogs tonight and now we have a story which officially sets our belief in stone. Bethy, you are amazing- you could sell Ice to a polar bear!!! All the best in the future

Can you please hire capable people who do not lie or call their customer bad names. If an employee doesn't know how to add money to a card all they have to do is say that and not lie about needing a manager to approve this... This is the 2nd store with rude and incapable employees....

Would give no stars if I could. I just got pushed out of the store because, I was an inconvenience. One of the employees were Mopping the floor and said, I couldn't come in because I had my scooter. This is Ridiculous. Gotta admit I am getting very tired of 7-11 because, if it's not 1 thing, then it's another. Really Really Annoying when your Employees speak their native language when suppose to be helping customers. I don't care that they speak another language but they don't need to be rude and be talking there native language when helping a customer. This goes for most 7-11's ..

Watch your music and match on dr pepper the sign states 2 for 11.00 the owner refused to sell it for that much first cost was 17.98 my final cost 12.83 still refused to honor the sign
