Phil aka dr. Phil and Monique are the best people at academy Bank they have a good attitude they listen to us and they treat me on my wife like family and I take care of all the needs that we need so if anybody has a problem with Phil and aka dr. Phil and Monique you'll deal with us joking but seriously dr. Phil and Monique are the best people at academy Bank they make us feel welcome all the time

I have Been with them forever and they treat me like family they are the best so if you guess had bad experiences with maybe your have a bad attitude with them but Phil and Monique and all the rest are so awesome

Phillip Valsecchi, and Cedric Dupuch, are terrible.Phillip refused to add me to my husband's bank account without a legitimate reason. He simply did not do his job. Like it or not you are in customer service. Upon informing him we were going to file a complaint and asked for his business card he extended his arm card in hand to hand it to my husband when my husband reached for the card he proceeded to yank his arm back played like a child pretending to hand the card over and retracting arm back like a kid. Cedric, needs training as he answer shops for every question he is asked. Phillip all I say to you apply yourself more treat people better. Your actions at the end of the day have consequences . How you are a manager is baffling.
