Consistently good service, especially the floor employees; they’re pretty knowledgeable and eager to help. And I really appreciate their extensive selection of fasteners, an entire isle that you can buy individually. So if you only need one, you aren’t forced to buy a 50 pack for example.

For the handicap or anyone that knows anyone handicap, do not go to this store or use the online shopping , this store is indifferent to your issues I know chemo has left me with some nasty side effects, ordered online and never got curbside pick up just attitude when I asked for my online order after having to go in to the store ,
This stores customer service has gone down in the last two years to the point dollar trees customer service is way better,

Been coming here 10 years, betting this place has changed hands,no help in the aisles anymore, 10 people in checkout line. Must have cut the staff way back. I never shopped here for their prices, it was their service that I came for. May as well go to one of the big box stores and save the money.

Poor customer service, rude staff. The store is often poorly stocked, I can never get what I need there. Half the time I go, it's a waste of a trip. Don't waste your time.

Dave helped me a lot finding the right parts to fix my water heater. and while I was in line to pay he came up with a better option for me. Although prices are still to high.

Only reason to actually sign up to be a member was bc of the military discount, & the you weren't hounded (which zero employees that followed me even asked if they could help me).
Lance (cashier) also informed not only bc of the new owners of ACE they DO APPLY VETERAN/MILITARY DISCOUNTS, BUT they do not bag your items-so be prepared to wait/stand in line bc ppl are having to bag items that the cashier already rings up. Bc of the counter space I had the toss several items on the floor just so I could bag them.
Inconvenience, NOT FRIENDLY LOCATION, the CO took away bullet catchers such of myself what Lil token of appreciations we get anymore from surviving the war. I will be canceling my membership as HD gives 100% convenience, military/veteran discounts & friendly customer service.

Long time Ace Hardware customer and let me tell you do not go here. Waited up front for anybody to help me, nobody in sight! 15 minutes of standing in the store by myself on a Saturday ready to buy hundreds of dollars of lawn equipment and they couldn’t be bothered to help me. Choose any other Ace Hardware, don’t give these guys your business.

I've been going here for a couple years now. I love that when you walk in, employees know where things are at. The staff is informative and patient. I know I'm paying more here than going to Home Depot. My experience at Ace is money well spent!
