I have been looking for the perfect little boutique shop and I FOUND IT!!! They have so many unique pieces, and the best part? They’ll help you out or leave you alone while you shop. Whatever you need. I went in and was helped right away, and I was given plenty of space. Any time I had a question, someone was never far off. They were more than happy to help, and really made me feel engaged and stoked to be there! This might be the best clothing boutique I have ever been to. They have a lot of really cute stuff that I haven’t seen anywhere else. 10/10 recommend Apricot Lane!

I bought my wife several items in early December for her birthday (mid December) and Christmas. She took an item in to exchange sizes just a few days past 30 days. The store was so rigid they wouldn’t allow her to exchange. Keep in mind 75% of the time it was wrapped in a closet and we traveled for New Years. Now, in mid March, walking by, she shared her frustration. I spent a lot of money in there, NEVER AGAIN!!
Most stores vary their policy for the holiday season, not Apricot Lane. I’ll never set foot in that store, and I will spread my experience far & wide!!

Clothes felt cheap and overpriced, return policy is upsetting because it is only EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT. Tells you that you have 14 days but will not specify.

I feel like I have my own, personal shopping assistant every time I’m at Apricot Lane in Lakewood. The staff is consistently friendly, extremely helpful (but not pushy at all). My favorite is Leanea. She has helped me with picking out items for family photos, a wedding, and other events. She is sweet & honest, which I need when picking out clothes. Love her! And I always find so many cute things here. Whoever is the buyer does a fantastic job. Organized & great variety!

I have shipped here several times, I used to follow them on IG until they only started posting clothes for teens. I went in today to give it a last shot. I had a dress in my hand that I was going to purchase. They lady who works in store, asked me if I wanted to try it on, I said no, she looked me up and down and said, "just so you know all cloths from that rack are final". It made me so embarrassed that I put the dress back and left the store. If you are not an extra small or medium do not shop there. I suffer from BDD and this situation has left me feeling shamed for not being their "normal" sized customer. Today they lost my business. I love the jeans they carry and have purchased several pairs from them. I will now find another boutique to shop at outside of Belmar.
