I joined AT&T a couple of years ago to bring my monthly down from $150 a month at a rival. They gave me new phone, and I turned in my old one, and was told my monthly bill would be approx 100 a month. Great! So my first bill was 198.00. I assumed it was a start up charge or something. I went back to the same office less than a month later and they said they never received my old phone, and the manager I physically handed it to no longer worked there. My bill continued to be $186 a month for two lines, even after the promised rate of 100 USD. I tried every possible route to get the bill lowered and was told to call customer service, who sent me back to the office. After my contract was up, I immediately switched back to my old company (T-mobile) where I pay 110 a month for two lines.
Att wants 600 dollars, and I can't even get an itemized statement. The call centers in India and the Filipines just want to read from a script and have ZERO answers. They run me in circles and tell me to visit my nearest office, even though I've told them this hasn't been a viable solution. I finally drove to their corporate offices, and they said they had no record of my phone number. Wonderful.
AT&T is very good at signing you up quickly and up-selling you their latest phone, internet, etc., but the customer service is nonexistent...hands down the worst I've ever experienced. The out of country call centers are useless. I'd like to a think a billion dollar business could do better, but they simply ripped me off. I still can resolve the bill because, and want nothing more than to not deal with them anymore. They say I owe $600, but THEY OWE ME $ 531. I dont have any idea how to resolve this, but it will take many hours, I'm sure. Avoid this sham of a business at all cost.

I came in to this store to switch service providers and activate a new phone, This was my first time ever in a AT&T store. I was met up with Madison. Madison helped me make the transition flawlessly and easy going, As this was my first time switching services myself. I couldn't of asked for a better person to help me out. Thank you!

In store has always been very helpful. Contacting AT&T customer care is a very long process, With long wait times. Anything that can be done in store, I recommend going to first.

Horrible Experience. In a nutshell, I Found out I was lied to by an employee about my bill. After a second appointment and two hour wait, the manager Jamie could not explain anything I was asking and made it a point to tell me she was in the business for 19yrs but had zero customer service skills. I Was talked down to and she was very condescending. After leaving the store I felt even worse and I still have no clue what they switched my plan to or what I’m paying for.

Nick was AMAZING. I don’t use that word lightly. Great customer service. Kind. Helpful. Knowledgeable. Never impatient or pushy. I wish every business I walked into had employees like Nick.

Jose G at the Belmar AT&T Store was extremely knowledgeable, very courteous and very professional to work with. He resolved all my issues and about 30 to 35 minutes and I’m glad I stopped there when I did. He deserves a big raise or a bonus.

Met with Kevin. Excellent sense of humor, but didn't try to waste my time with it. Thoughtfully evaluated my needs and offered products that would match. He presented information clearly, correctly, and without gimmicks that I've experienced at other locations. We discussed my options and ultimately decided on a plan of action that worked for me. If you're uncertain about your experience, I'd suggest requesting his services at this location.
