1 star only because I can't leave zero. We just pulled up 10 minutes before the posted closing time to buy a bolt. One of the guys working ran over and locked the door. This is not only childish but completely rude...if this location was meant to close 10 minutes before the posted time then it should clearly state that. For an employee to run over and lock the door in my face is a bad look. Keep your doors open until the posted closing time please. Especially when your customer only needs something quick and simple.

Reason 59000 why I won’t shop at atuozone or have a commercial account lady with glasses is rude definitely don’t know how to run a STORE we stoped at. There sister store they didn’t have the part then the guy said let me call make shure they have it in stock put hands on actual part said thanks they said yes we have it proceeded to drive to the store nope they ain’t got it lady with glasses said it’s cause we are moving stuff literally 10 mins they moved all the seals don’t waste your time money or efforts the know how model is dead it’s more like the disappointment of employees not knowing how to do there job correctly wasting peoples time and gas

It was great service I was looking around and the lady there helped me all the way..she tested my engine light on my car..She stopped what she was doing and helped me out..both of the ladies there where so nice..the lady that helped me she had long cruel hair and a hat.Tell her thank you..

Terrible customer service. Couldn't even look up a part, no knowledge whatsoever. But not even willing to try. Just so management knows, this was at 4 o'clock today. Whoever was working then needs to be fired. Literally couldn't care less about doing their actual job. And told us to go look for the part. We actually had the part in hand and just wanted to make sure we had the correct diameter. That just takes a simple search on the computer. But she wasn't willing to look.

New associate helped us. However store mananger, dimitris white, totally unhelpful. Refused to provide customer service. Dont bother going to this location. They will not help you. Store manager will only do what's best for them and not the customer.

Wow what a horrible customer experience!! I’ve been coming to this specific location for 8+ years (tonight went out of my way for this location) and I’ve Never had such a dismal and disappointing occurrence. Walked in just a few minutes past 9pm (they close at 10pm) to Five (5) employees plus a female manager. I ask if they check power steering fluid or do any diagnostic for that (which online says they DO). First guy says let me check. Female manager immediately says No we don’t do that anymore. I roam the store for a moment with no attempt made by anyone working to help me or even Ask if I need additional assistance. Nope, all too busy complaining that they are open until 10. Then I go outside, open my hood, check a couple things and go back inside to buy a quart of oil. At checkout the oil rings up $.50 higher than the posted tag. I take the employee to the item location and point out the price tag and he says “well, whatever comes up in the system is the price you pay.” I kindly said, “actually it’s not…by law. Maybe you just need a manager approval.” We go back to the front, manager comes out and changes but No Apologies, we’ll look into, NOTHING!!! Even if you don’t perform any customer assistance outside anymore (which according to the window marketing you Do) simple customer service and politeness go a Long Way in building repeat customers as well as reputation. Being in retail leadership for over 18 years, I WON’T BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION (6101 Alameda Parkway Lakewood, CO)
