I usually dread dealing with the bank in the same way people dread going to the dentist. However, my time with BoC has been generally without issue. Tyler at this location (Union) always goes above and beyond and makes sure I’m always taken care of quickly. He is prompt and reliable and that is huge, as I use this bank for my business banking. Even though there is a location closer to my house, I will go out of my way to drive to this location specifically because Tyler is so great to work with. Highly recommend if you are looking for a business bank.

I just went in today to open an account, and Tyler was an absolute gem!! He was very professional and nice and explained everything about opening the account. Glad I switched banks.

Where do I start! I have never in my life had such an amazing experience at a bank. Today when on my way to the Bank of Colorado to open a business account I was to say the least not looking forward to it. That all changed as soon as I stepped through the door of The Bank of Colorado (Lakewood). Tyler Lucas greeted my with a huge smile that instantly made me feel at home. After finding out my needs he proceeded to answer any and all questions I had professionally but in the most down to earth manner you can imagine. If he thought I wasn't sure or there was some information or process I did not understand he went through every detail making me feel confident and completely at ease. After letting him know what kind of account I initially wanted he pointed out that there was another type of account that would cost me less money and give me more benefits. Fantastic! Tyler was thorough, effective and efficient. I just knew I was in good hands. I now have my business account and I could not be happier with my bank choice. Thank you Tyler Lucas...you are simply amazing and I definitely see bank management in your future if not more! and Thank You Bank of Colorado!

Seems weird that you can’t simply exchange money without having an account. Seems like a sign that they wouldn’t make things very convenient for customers. I’ll take it as a red flag for if I’m ever considering switching banks

Went to cash a check from Bank of Colorado. Because I was not a customer, they charged me a 10.00 fee to honor their check?

Placed a hold on my account, putting me over -500 while I am out of town. This is causing stress and may also cause a flair of eczema. Imagine because mg out of town with less than a quarter tank of cash and suddenly had no funds. what I am currently dealing with banking with this bank. It is not good, as I had an account with them over a year.

It's so much easier working with a smaller family owned than a big corporate fee-driven bank. Everyone here is polite and professional. Service is always fast and wonderful. Clean bank. Great decor. Excellent security. You need your card to enter. In an awesome location with lots of restaurants.

I've I've been a customer of Bank of Colorado for about 6 years. I have a mortgage through them that I autopay from a checking account. A couple weeks ago, my online access quit working. Coincidentally, it's about the same time as they updated their website. I called their help line. The guy on the phone said I haven't signed on in over 6 months. I know that's not true. Then he says he can't help me. So I called the branch. They're too busy and the lady who answered the phone can't help me. I left a message. Why is resetting a password so difficult ?
