The worst experience from bath & body works. No greeting from the store. The store checked account for the singed up promo was not there. The free item received by email was told that it was already used, even just received it. Will not shop at bath & body works anymore.

The manager here with glasses and frizzy hair is incompetent! Gave us false information saying men’s sprays weren’t on sale when they clearly were everywhere else and online if you don’t like your job don’t work in retail! And try brushing your teeth and hair!

Their buy 3 get 1 free is a sham.
I was going to purchase a full size body and 3 travel size sprays and was expecting to get one of the sprays free. The man at the register insisted the body wash wasn't part of the promotion because it was full sized, even though I picked it off a table that was promoting that sale. And the sale tag said that ALL body stuff was buy 3 get 1.
Sounds like bait and switch to me, I will not be returning

It has been awhile since I shopped here. So surprised to see many new scents and redesigned packaging and re-formulated ingredients. Definitely much higher price now unless there is sale or promotion going on...still love products, however many of my favorites had been discontinued.

The staff is helpful and friendly. There is a nice selection of body gel scents for men and women. There isn't a large selection of manly hand soap scents, better to go online for those, unless he likes smelling like flowers and fruit.

They had what I was looking except for the Bigelow lip gloss. It looked like they may no longer be carrying it in the store or on the website. That's disappointing if it's true.

This is one of the larger stores and carries a lot of products from the body care to room fragrances to those fabulous 3-wick candles. Very helpful sales people, too!

I love the awesome sales this store has! They have the best smelling products. I especially love their foaming hand soaps. I like how they have lotions, body sprays, body wash, hand sanitizer, candles, etc. Bath and Body Works has so many different scents. Today most items were 50% off which made soaps $3.85! I love shopping here :)
