This Big 5 Sports is exactly like every other Big 5 Sports I've been to, except that the associates at this one have always been attentive and helpful. Every time. I assume that this one has a good manager.

Who shops here? Seriously why or how are they still in business? I've been to 4-5 different locations, online it says they have it a simple phone call confirms the item is in stock then boom as soon as you drive all the way across town it's the old - oh I'm sorry we don't have that in stock, who did you speak to on the phone? (insert any name)Walter? Oh (again - feel free to insert any name) Walter hasn't worked here in 3 years.... Waaa? Great business model... I'm done...

Ya in the last 2 months bought 3 pairs of work boots and 1 pair wore 1 day and sliding all over tried to return them and the so called manager was unprofessional don't shop at this place

Went in for the first time needing some running shoes, a worker named Yarely came up to ask me for help. She was super cute and very helpful! Helped me find some stuff I needed before heading back to Arkansas and let me know about all the deals they had to offer. The place is organized and she knew where everything was in store. 10/10 recommend this place and make sure to ask for Yarely! I now have my favorite sports store in Lakewood area for when I visit again!

An excellent place, if you are looking for a place to find any sports equipment, I feel that this place is very well equipped, not to mention that it also has things like fishing,Although if some things are missing, but they are not so important, or rather they replace them with other merchandise that they do have, in short, if you do not find what you are looking for in itself,You can get it with another or buy something the closest thing to it, I recommend that you go to the place, give it a try, you won't regret it.

I always get greeted here, and customer service is important to Big 5. Cal was really helpful today. I recommend Big 5 to any outdoors loving folks!
