David went above and beyond to help me. I was having a hard time getting my government free phone account information from assurance wireless, neither of us could get it. With his willingness to try everything in his power, it was so much easier and hassle free to just get a whole new everything with Boost and David. The new phone and service is more than I ever thought I would get at a great deal. You've earned a customer for life! Thank you 😊

I went into this location to ask a few questions. I was told by the representative he couldn’t help me unless I gave a passcode but the passcode associated with the account was never given to me. While I tried to contact the person the passcode was associated with, I asked other questions. He went on to tell me I needed to call the boost mobile number and ask customer service. I further asked why is that if he’s representing boost mobile at this store? I also asked other questions that he should’ve been able to answer adequately.
Well, later I did as he advised and called Boost mobile and asked them my questions. Come to find, all my questions I asked at that store were incorrect. So either he’s not a competent business representative that isn’t knowledgeable about the services & merchandise he’s selling or a straight up liar or both(?) because the actual Boost customer service indicated as much by answering my questions not giving me excuses or the run around. For example, I was informed I didn’t need a passcode to access the account just the phone number & the name the account was under.
I don’t understand what’s going on with Boost mobile if they have stores with representatives that are giving false information or don’t want to help customers who are seeking their help &/or support(?). It seems to devalue their paying customers that contribute to their business. It would seem they would be willing to at least satisfy customers who have been customers for three plus years. It was a very disappointing realization that I’ve been a loyal customer for three plus years, paying my account on time & when I needed help I was completely disregarded & given the run around.
Some say you get what you pay for or the customer is always right but with service like this it clearly doesn’t matter if this is how a business regards or disregards or treats, actually mistreats, established loyal customers.
