I called boost mobile billing department and Jordan K. Is the best customer service representative!! He was patient and calm and didn’t rush me off the phone. He was understanding and patient with me and stayed on the phone to help me understand.

A complete disaster, the person who answers only tells me that he cannot sell me a prepaid card because they cannot sell to tourists. I do not recommend this store. The attendant had red eyes and was looking worse. Get people who want to do the work.

Rude Mexican lady didn’t have my phone ready after 2 weeks and paying upfront for it. Kept coming in and acted like they didn’t have my phone after I paid 1,000

This place is run by con artists. My elderly mother went in to get a new phone. The Indian man helping her switched he phone plan to metro. A more expensive one and didn't cancel her old one. Lied to her and told her her bill would be cheaper. It was more. Now she has been charged for both her old boost service and her new metro service. They were never cancelled. Dishonest people. Never going back to them.

I would highly recommend going to this Boost Mobile location if you're looking to switch from your current cell phone carrier. The process of switching over to Boost was exceptionally easy. I unfortunately forgot the name of the salesman who helped me, or I would've included his name in this post. Overall, everything went smoothly, and I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Boost and thank you (insert name here) for your help.

The service is so bad and the customer service is worst. I called in to add a $10 data pack to my line and the rep added to my son line instead and told me they can't do anything about it and I would have to purchase a new data pack for my line.... I ask for a courtesy because they messed up and they said there is nothing they can do about it. Asked for a manager and they never gave me a manager, also they are lying about unlimited data becoming I have to buy a data pack every single month after they made the change of leasing bandwidth form dish and T-Mobile. I paid my bill today just so the data would start over and they told me I have to wait until midnight smh and I never had to wait before this company has gone down hill and they falsely advertise the services they provide and they have horrible customer

Came in for information on internet the girl sitting there working was busy obviously I was going to wait a few minutes. She's with a customer and on hold with someone on the phone she could have acknowledged that I was there. WAITED 30 MINUTES AND STILL NO, " Hi Welcome in. I'll be right with you" She was literally sitting there waiting on hold for someone to pick up from customer service. Hello I'm I just painted here should I start jumping so you can acknowledge me.

After doing a update my phone started messing up my husbands was doing same thing it wasn't reading a sim card after trying to chat with boost mobile with no help I went to the store Martha was SOOO HELPFUL super friendly and very knowledgeable she was able to fix the problem quickly and my phone has been fine ever since took my husbands in shortly after and thanfully Martha was still there and she fixed my husbands phone as well she was absolutely the best !!!
