This location is very friendly and helpful. Thank you to Ashleigh for all the help over the phone and in person, she really went above and beyond with our purchase tonight. This store also has a great selection on boots.

Huge selection of western and work boots and smaller selection of clothing. I was looking for some Merrel tactical boots and unfortunately they only had a couple pair from another brand. What I wanted was only available online. Don't let that keep you from visiting.

The smell of the leather hits you in the face as soon as you push through the doors. It’s comforting.
Huge display of boots for both males and females as well as clothing for city girlies and boys who like to be a bit of country. Not sure if it’s authentic workwear for ranchers though, seems more for city folks into country. Quality varies on the product, some looks a bit mass produced and on the cheaper side and there are some Made in America quality pieces.
I was after Stetson belts but couldn’t find any in stock.
The staff are friendly and greeted me when I entered.
Plenty of free customer parking.

It's very yeahaw ,and I'm more of a yea naw. They have quality boots and dress up boots. Although I hope you know what you are looking for because they dont. They don't offer help they barley say hello. They however are very good at talking to each other. so if you know what boots you want then this is the place. If you don't find another boot store, maybe another location but I would not gamble.

The most unhelpful group of people. I asked for what I was looking for. The lady told me just look all over you should find something. No one asked if I needed help. I had to walk around the store to find someone for the fitting rooms. 4 of the employees were just up front talking about personal things and not being helpful at all.

I was in there today (May 13, 2025) to buy 4 pairs of pants, I couldn't find what I was looking for, an associate came by, I asked her for help, she said they don't stock these pants, but she will help me order on their system... She just needed to put some things away... Cool no problem, next thing I see is her helping someone else that just walked in, she tells me I'll be right over as they were looking at belts!!! .. 10 minutes I wait, because I was already there... Finally just walked out. Way to make a customer feel not important to your sales numbers...

Alyssa (not sure if I spelled that right) was an incredible help! I couldn't find what I was looking for in the store so she looked online with me and we found exactly what I needed. She was super nice and obviously knew a lot about the stock, I'll definitely shop here again when these new ones wear out!
