If i could rate less i would. A settlement check was lost in the mail. Its been months of me trying to contact them with no response. Ive emailed, called, sent in notifications to customer service and no response. They have basically stollen $5000 from me and are now ignorning me. Dont ever consider borrowing money from this bank

How does caliber loans plan to handle the influx of individuals who are now out of work and have open loans with you ?Will you allow them to lose their homes ?I for one will be ok, but I'm curious to know your position. It seems like all other institutions are dealing with this virus situation, figuring ways to help less fortunate people - but no statement nor plan has been issued from Caliber. What is your plan ?

We worked with Nancy and her team and we were very pleased with the level of service they provided. We were expecting the mortgage loan process would be difficult and stressful. But, our actual experience was quite different. It really went smooth and seemed kind of easy. They were very detailed and kept us well informed and on our timeline. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We were so impressed with Nancy and her team. The whole process seem to go smoothly and really effortless. Everything was laid out in a very detailed manner for us. They kept us weill informed and on schedule. They stayed in touch thru the whole process and we never really felft any pressure on obtaining loan and closing on our new home. We would recommend Caliber and Nancy and her team to anyone. We applied for a VA loan which we figured would cause us some stress but working through the process with this group was so fluild that we never even got nervous about the loan and closing on the home.

Be very cautious of this company. They will destroy your credit and you life and any future chance of owning a home. I agree with the other reviewer i would give NO stars if i could. I couldn't make my November payment and i called immediately to resolve the issue. Caliber offered to let us do payment installments on the next three months to satisfy my November payment. What they didn't tell us is how unorganized the process would be and they are trying to charge me over $6000 for my December payment. They also reported my account to the credit bureaus and it crushed my credit to the low 500's right before i am getting ready to refinance. The are dishonest and scoundrels stear clear if you can.

Would give no stars if possible!! These people are the most in professional people I have ever come in contact with!! They don't know what they are doing, and half of them can't even speak proper English!
