Absolute worst service I have ever had at an Einstein bagels! It took them 25 minutes to get me a box of bagels.... a dozen bagels!

Keeps increasing prices. Nearly 30$ for coffies and sandwiches. Vanilla latte was like regular coffee. Sandwiches have some weird bagels smashed with random things that end up like plastic rather than food.

Big open area no chairs so everyone can stay and stand around their fire place and low hanging lights (there was set to be chairs and tables I’m guessing pre covid and then never brought them back. Less for them to clean I guess) food was good.

No tables whatsoever, no place to sit, obviously used to be a sit down café. I have totally gone takeout only. Will not be back.

Today is the last day I'll ever visit this location. The last time my name was misspelled AFTER staying my names spelled differently. And,today I go in and were out of Asiago bagels at 1030 and was ignored for about 5 minutes

Amayra or Mayra the shift lead likes to wipe her runny nose on her UNGLOVED WRISTS AND HANDS IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS WHILE HANDLING AND MAKING THEIR DRINKS AND FOOD. Then when asked to remake the contaminated drink gets an attitude. 1 employee had gloves on. Another was also making drinks and had had his fingers on the dispenser of whip cream and as it dispensed the whip cream touched his bare fingers. Another grabbing out the display case no gloves. Granted there’s a SINK RIGHT UP FRONT! The other shift lead Josh had to come from the back in which I saw him making the bagels and he didn’t have gloves on nor wash his hands before or after handling the cash register to do the refund bc amayra couldn’t handle it. What the hell is wrong that these employees aren’t wearing gloves while handling food?!!! I’m not trying to be a Karen in anyway but NO GLOVES WHILE HANDLING FOOD there are so many illnesses going around did we not learn from covid? DO BETTER!! I’m thoroughly disappointed and disgusted!!! I understand it gets busy but there were quite a few orders messed up that were being fixed for 1 reason or another ours originally being an online pick up in which I watched amayra staple a different label with a different order on what she later had to open up with her dirty runny nose hand to try to determine if it was ours. Then ripped off that label and gave to us again contaminated and when we asked for things to be remade bc by the time it was figured out what our order was our food was cold on top of being contaminated she got an attitude. I’m going to report this to the health inspector with the city of Lakewood. This is beyond unacceptable.

Not sure what's happening here but the last few times I've been the service has been terrible. Today I swung by to grab breakfast for my husband. I double check the order because the last time I was here they shorted me a hashbrown. No hashbrown in the bag. I let the guy know (not the guy who took my order) he goes, "you didn't order a hashbrown" I said "I ordered a meal"...he says "it's orange juice OR hashbrown."....what??? I insisted a meal should come with a hashbrown. I repeated my order exactly as i initially ordered. He goes away, and returns to tell me "my colleague says you didn't say that and you didn't order a hashbrown"... his colleague (the one who took the order) comes and gives him the hashbrown, which he shoves out the window at me...I drive away and when we pull it out it's completely smashed and mangled. I won't be coming back to this location, apparently they don't know anything about customer service....dissappointing.

This guy was extremely rude. We placed an online order today at 1:45pm. They didn’t notice it and got it when we walked in and this man proceeded to immaturely sing a song he made up, “who comes in before five minutes of closing…ya di ya…”. The food was cold and disgusting.
