If I could give 0 stars I would. While at this chase I was depositing for my company. It was checks and cash. I didn't have exact cash for the deposit so there needed To be change back to me. The teller, Saul, was rude to me when explaining why he couldn't give me change back moving forward. He said it's because of fraud of people coming in with checks and getting cash back. When I told him I wasn't getting cash back from the checks that I was depositing, it was change from the cash deposit. He interrupted me and said "I'm telling you why it's fraud". Ok sir. I will NOT be depositing at this bank moving forward. What he was explaining made sense only if I was trying to get change back from a check only deposit But sense it was change back from the CASH i was depositing I don't see what he is talking about and why he was so rude about it. If you can go to another branch I would.

Friendly service, helpful bankers, and in a convenient location. If you are ever in the area, this should be your go-to branch!

A bank that doesn't have a "banker" is useless-just went in to open an account and they can't today because their "banker" isn't there. They might as well just be an ATM-terrible service, do NOT recommend

This is the best branch I have ever worked with. I've lived in 3 states and have had a chase account for 20 years. These guys are awesome. Thank you Harley and Santiago for going above and beyond to make me feel valued and safe. I've never felt like such an important customer at a Chase branch. They treat you amazingly, like a small town bank.

Went in to get a new account at Chase with an hour left of their time to be open. We have seven accounts at Chase. This might change. there was absolutely no customers in Chase, yet they said they had no time for an appointment today. Horrible customer service. I see they're only getting three stars at this location. Maybe that should drop a few stars...maybe down to one would be more appropriate. Save your time go to the bank who actually has some customer service.

This is in regards to business banking only. Where to start. I've been banking with Chase for a decade on the personal side and everything has been just fine. Our business account has been plagued with issues, mainly on the customer service side. Nevertheless, my business partners and i have been incredibly patient - mainly because we like some of the bankers we've dealt with in the past. Today, on short notice, I needed to pay my employees (last day of the month) because ACH online wasn't working. I explained this to the banker and they told me to sit and wait for the banker. A few minutes later, I'm told someone is ahead of me as they'd booked an appointment and it would be 30mins wait time. Because this is a Saturday, Chase closes early, which I understand. But they're screw up on the IT side shouldn't mean I have to suffer, right? Wrong. A few minutes later I'm told they won't be able to see me at all because they'll close after the banker is done with the previously mentioned appointment and would not make an exception. I asked if there was an alternative, like calling a banker from another branch, to which they responded they wouldn't do that, but could only get me the phone number of their remote banking group, which is fine, until I asked if I could use their phone and sort it out from their branch. I was told no to using one of their desks, no to using wi-fi, and no to having their banker take a few minutes to help me get my employees paid. What is the point of going into a branch of Chase if they won't help you, effectively? Where is the customer service? Where is the decency and attempted help with troubleshooting a clients problem? Especially if it's the bank that caused the issue in the first place? I'm angry as hell. One star.

Met with Daniella wanting to take out $40. It took her about 10 minutes to even ask me a question. Because I didn't have my ID I knew the process would be longer. But as she stared at her computer screen humming for ten minutes blatantly not doing anything, and wasted 25 minutes of my lunch break I said screw it and left without the cash. Prompted her asking if she needed my birthday, she was silent. Then 5 minutes later asked me for it. I've taken cash out without an ID plenty of times. This was the largest waste of time.

Have no confidence in this location. Went in to make a deposit with 4 envelopes. Cashier opened one, then asked to step aside to assist another customer as they were personal and I am a business customer. She resumed to assist me then stopped AGAIN. Upon resuming she gave me 3 receipts....immediate response was you only gave me 3 deposits? Yet why are there 4 envelopes. Four days later and after police involvement money shows up behind a drawer? How does this kind of mistake happen at such a big financial entity???

This was my branch bank through all of college. Fortunately, chase has done a great job with me so I rarely need to come in! I've opened an account here, come in to clarify charges, and have made large deposits. You can also put in a request to withdraw money in a foreign currency. While he exchange rate isn't stellar,it gets it done when you're restricted by a lack of vehicle and has a more favorable exchange rate than the airport!

I come here at least once a week to drop off a deposit for my company. I am always treated with respect and there isn't a huge line (usually). The tellers are friendly and always make me smile before I leave. This is the closest location to my work and I love my service I receive. I do wish however the "feel" inside was better. For example, I love walking into a Wells Fargo bank. I love the atmosphere. This location lacks that "awe".

I didn't realize they closed at 6. For some reason I was thinking 7. So the banker held the door open for another customer, but told me to come in. Now the reason I am writing this is because I don't currently bank with them however they cash savings bonds. I had 30 year old savings bonds and I know they are time consuming to process. But Erik took the time to process these and didn't make me feel rushed. However I didn't get a receipt like last time but I guess I trust him. I will definitely consider Chase Bank based on their customer service. Thanks for staying an extra 15 mins you helped me with my down payment on my new car.

I have mainly used the drive through ATM to get all business done. But inside the one time I went they were friendly and helpful. I just don't like how my free checking is now charging me $12/mo
