I tried to open up a business checking account however you need an appointment and they were booked out for more than a week, pretty ridiculous.

I love this branch! Very spacious, and all of the bankers are super friendly. Lots of Spanish speakers as well.

Been trying to contact the business checking rep for over 2 weeks. Phone never goes thru and when I try calling the branch constantly get message sorry we're busy call back and then it hangs up. They screwed up a huge ACH-after having been called to verify the info, they cancelled the ACH and left me and my employee hanging. When I finally got someone at corporate, they told me I was supposed to call back within 24-48 hrs to verify the transaction. The guy who called me never said anything like that. After I verified my info, he said the transfer will go thru in a couple days. My account even showed a pay date for it. The pay date passed and nothing was transferred. I was transferred about 8 times before I finally got someone from the verification department. After putting me on hold forever, she babbled something quickly which I couldn't understand then hung up on me. Worst service ever. Tried to transfer to a different bank, Bluevine, and they were even worse! What the hell is going on with these institutions? Apparently they don't want my money, but make it difficult for a small business to thrive.

Needed to replace a lost debit card, I had a appointment and was seen right away and I was taken care of in about 5 min. Outstanding service!!!!!
